My company is a customer and an end-user. I would rate the solution at a nine out of ten. It's a very good product overall and I've been very happy with its capabilities. I would recommend it. It is like a baseline. It is one of the things any big organization can start with. As you mature as a company, you can migrate to more robust options like Pentaho and other databases that are available.
