It's important to do a PoC, take some of your complicated processes, and ensure that your expectations are met. For the people I work with, the time freed up from using this solution is about the same because we were already using an Enterprise job scheduler. It's probably the same workload. Similarly, the reduction in service interruptions and process failures is the same, but we've drastically cut down our planned downtime. I would rate it a nine out of ten.
