If there is a maintenance requirement, it may lead to the product having some downtime, but I am not aware or sure if it will happen the way I think. I recommend people use Portnox Clear as it is a cloud-based product. Apart from the value users get from the solution in the area of network access control, users also get value from its in-built cloud, making it a very scalable tool that is very easy to manage from any location. I think while Portnox provides wonderful technology, the support and maintenance agreements are problematic. In particular, when they're dealing with a local partner. Partners really need to be skilled and knowledgeable. I rate this solution eight out of 10.
