My advice for someone considering Platform9 Managed Kubernetes with a similar workflow to mine is that if you want to expose your application to the public environment and use minimal resources, you must choose Platform9 Managed Kubernetes. Platform9 Managed Kubernetes Secrets, Platform9 Managed Kubernetes ConfigMap, and Platform9 Managed Kubernetes Vault are a few things that require additional coverage; there are a number of things worth mentioning. I give this product a rating of eight out of ten.
If you are considering Platform9 Managed Kubernetes, have your infrastructure team be very strong. Even though you have a fully managed Kubernetes service, your platform team and DevOps team should be very strong. That is one important piece of advice. Additionally, ensure you understand the infrastructure costing and all related expenses. We cannot completely rely on fully managed services. The DevOps team will have to regularly audit, change, and modify things according to organizational needs. I would rate this product a six out of ten.
Platform9 Managed Kubernetes is a good platform for centralized management. However, the implementation part is somewhat difficult in the initial stage. I would rate Platform9 Managed Kubernetes overall a seven out of ten for this reason; otherwise, it would be an eight or nine.
