I would advise making sure that you have a good understanding of the process that you want and your requirements for heading into it. What we didn't want to do was just replicate our old bad process and automate it in Planful. We tried to have a roadmap of what we wanted it to look like before implementing it so that we just weren't replicating a bad process. I would rate it an eight out of 10.
