My advice to those wanting to implement this solution is to use third-party independent partners for consulting. If they use the OpenText Professional services they're more expensive and they do not know as much. If I was going to rank all the ECM solutions, OpenText Decisiv is the best because I have used the other ones and even though it's not the easiest to use at times, it is the most powerful, robust software out there. I rate OpenText Decisiv a ten out of ten.
