n8n is very useful because it has saved a lot of people a lot of code. It has brought us to a point of little or no-code development that has helped create a way that we are not fully dependent on those writing the code and trying to glue integrations together. As the founder and designer of an early-stage company, n8n has helped me by giving me the orchestration logic through which I was able to orchestrate how workflows move before considering how to govern this automation. n8n did not give me a reason to go and start reinventing what was already there. It gave me the ground that I could use with the same logic that already exists, creating a particular way in which it moves in sequence and in good order. That brought about the aspect I was trying to build, which made me have to not use n8n straight because n8n did not allow me to put in or enforce governance at the point of execution with these AI agents as we are already integrating them to do work that has consequences on humans. Because of that constraint, I used the way n8n itself flows and works to create an autonomous system that I designed for the marketing domain, making sure that the guardrails are executing at the commit boundary. At the point of execution, we ensure it is not something that we need to check after the consequence has happened because n8n did not allow for that, but it did support a bigger part of the process. I had to repurpose what was already there and add the layer that was not actually there. As an early founder yet to receive seed funding, I understood how n8n works. I am more technical, and I am not focused on deploying n8n as an enterprise stack. Rather, I was looking at a way that what n8n has can be extended in terms of AI agent workflows. The agent that I created, which is an extension of what n8n already has, addresses the gap by adding guardrails and governance in the autonomous field at the commit boundary. This is definitely going to help me create revenue and is definitely saving time for me. My overall rating for this product is 7 out of 10.
My advice would be to start with a clear use case rather than trying to automate everything at once. Begin with a small, well-defined workflow, such as a notification or data syncing, and then gradually expand as you get comfortable with the tools. Another important point is to design workflows with error handling and scalability in mind from the beginning, especially if you plan to use it in production. Overall, it is a very powerful tool, but you can get the most value when you approach it with structured and thoughtful implementation. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.

My customers mostly prefer deployment on the cloud. We are using AWS, Hostinger, and there are a few more cloud providers. I would rate this review a 9.5.

I would advise others to first explore n8n with different small automation projects and then move to larger automations. It can sometimes become complex and difficult to learn, so approaching it step-by-step and not starting with large projects is recommended. I have covered most aspects, but I want to emphasize the importance of making n8n simpler and easier to use. I provided this review with a rating of seven out of ten.

I would advise them to properly understand n8n through the documentation and the tutorials available so that they can use n8n efficiently. I think it is better if there is an improvement within the system, as sometimes responses are not being picked up fast enough and sometimes the system indicates whether I am there or not, even after I have given a response. I believe it would be beneficial if the system improved its efficiency. I rate this review a nine out of ten.
n8n is a really good automation platform where I can use it to automate my businesses and processes and also save money and time. The most important thing is to learn how to use the software. If I can use the software and know how to integrate different platforms to communicate with each other, then I will save a whole lot of money because n8n is cheaper and it does not get tired. It does not make mistakes. Mistakes can also cost money. Using this automation tool will help me reduce that situation. I really encourage people to use n8n if they can use it and if they are technical persons. If they are not technical persons, there are also different tools they can use to learn. YouTube is available for learning how to automate these things or how to use the software. My overall rating for n8n is 9 out of 10.
I recommend that others read the setup instructions, the official documentation, and the official YouTube channel resources so they can utilize n8n in an optimized and also in the best way possible. I would rate this product a 10.

The documentation in general was adequate, though it could definitely be better. However, it was decent enough for what I needed. On a scale of 1-10, I rate n8n a seven out of ten.
In my opinion, n8n is leading at this point in features and flexibility, so Make and Zapier need to catch up quickly, otherwise n8n could capture the whole market. I am super excited about the recently launched features on user interface automation and looking forward to potential voice-related or voice AI agents within their system. The solution is absolutely efficient in terms of usage and is user-friendly. There is no difference when comparing it to Make at this point in time. It is very easy to use unless we are integrating it with a tool that does not have any APIs. On a scale of 1-10, I rate n8n a 9.
I haven't had an opportunity to utilize the error management system. We haven't explored the security module features completely, so it wouldn't be fair to conclude in a generalistic way. Our teams are still exploring that module. I would definitely recommend n8n to those who would want to use it, even though there are some challenges. It is one of the pretty effective products in the AI automation area, and it can grow leaps and bounds if some of these things are taken care of. It is pretty effective and one of the best tools I have seen. On a scale of 1-10, I rate n8n an 8.
