If you are looking for remote support software or need to access unattended computers ISL Online is really simple to use.
You should try it yourself - they offer free trials for hosted service. If you want ultimate security and privacy you can buy a self-hosted server license or opt for managed private cloud option which is a great offering for larger companies.
We are a customer and an end-user. They have their own service. We have a client, and then we connect to the service, we log in, and then it lists all the computers we edit, or we can create a new session so the customer can connect to it. I'd advise new users to just start using it and you will see that it's really amazing and actually simple to use, very simple to use. I'd rate the solution at a ten out of ten.
ISL Online is a web-based remote access solution that lets you access and control any Windows, Mac or Linux computer in seconds from any computer or mobile device or to provide ad hoc technical support to mobile device users. Cross-platform, secure, high-speed screen sharing, cloud-based or on-premises license. Rich customization options allow you to rebrand the software to your own corporate identity and apply advanced security measures.
I give the solution a ten out of ten. I recommend the solution to others.
Overall, we are very pleased with this solution, for us, it simply works 99.9% of the time.
ISL is 100%, it's simple for the end-user and you can rely on it 24/7.

After using ISL for 14 years and trying all the others all I can say is ISL is second to none.
I rate ISL Online 10 out of 10. We tried it, and we are pleased with the results. Everything went well at least in our case.
