Regarding security and governance, HeadSpin is very secure because our reports and other data are kept secured on our servers and are not accessible to third parties. Even if HeadSpin employees want to access our database, they must seek permission from us first. I do not fully trust the AI-driven test results and analytics one hundred percent, as it can make mistakes sometimes. While it does provide clean solutions, it struggles with complex logic or multiple screen bugs, which can confuse it and lead to bad results. HeadSpin definitely should be considered because it provides details that other platforms cannot, and it is very helpful for the developer community in quickly identifying bugs and fixing them. I have rated this review as three overall.
Depending on the user, if you are planning on using HeadSpin for automation, it is a good tool. It fulfills everything from automation to manual performance. I would rate the solution a nine out of ten.
I would definitely advise going for it if it fits your organization's requirements. If you're looking at just plain app testing, you can skip it. If you are looking at a lot of advanced metrics and customer experience is one of the key challenges that you're facing and want to solve, then HeadSpin is going to completely change the game for you. So, any app or any customer that has a lot of interactions with their B2C companies definitely needs HeadSpin. I would rate it a nine out of ten. I would've given it a ten, but they can do better on the marketing front. They can do better on the professional services front and ramp up their team, and they can also do better on the pricing front.

There are similar products in the market with 90% of them having the same features. We are developing different projects for mobile, but we do have some experience. There are some small differences in the features that we use in our company and for our projects. Here in Istanbul, if there are 100 consultants who have experience with HeadSpin, we would use HeadSpin, but if there are only a few consultants in the city and in the country, then I would not use HeadSpin. They have been in the market for seven years. It's a good period for this type of company. For a company to last six or seven years in the market, it's good and its references are really good. Large companies and enterprises are using this product. They have good support and good features. It's a good product and would recommend it. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
