When monitoring with Dynatrace (Private Offer Only), the impact of full-stack monitoring on user experience insights is that the end-user experience does not get hindered. I am simply monitoring the full-stack suite through Dynatrace (Private Offer Only). The only thing is, when I am doing this during high peak times of application users, I have to be a little more careful not to change anything on Dynatrace (Private Offer Only) or accidentally shut down any servers, which might hinder performance. I must be careful, especially knowing peak times. I have not used AIOps yet, but given the opportunity in the coming future, I will definitely want to try my hand. I have read about AIOps and think it is a great initiative that can guide a first-time user who is very new to Dynatrace (Private Offer Only). That guidance can come from AIOps rather than searching over the web. The application itself has a large language model integrated where I can feed a query and it will guide me, such as checking this data and knowing where to check that. I think I know what it is all about; it is just that AIOps is something I have not used yet. The difference between Dynatrace (Private Offer Only) and others is that it has the first-mover advantage. Dynatrace (Private Offer Only) is by and large the first APM tool in the market, and every other tool that comes after is a blatant copy. They change the UI and functionalities, but Dynatrace (Private Offer Only) is the original. It is the greatest of all time APM tool; everything you can get is very easy to understand, and it has its own customer care support where I can reach out and get tutorials. This is not the case with AppDynamics and New Relic, and that is why I differentiate them. Regarding future features and integrations in Dynatrace (Private Offer Only), I think my point earlier was that ten years ago, it required training to use Dynatrace (Private Offer Only); otherwise, users might get lost. Now that AIOps is integrated, with guidance, tutorials, and chat support, everything is in place, making things simpler and easier. I would rate this review a ten out of ten.
Dynatrace (Private Offer Only) does have a substantial impact, but not every customer appreciated it because the price was quite steep. Although they valued the functions compared to DataDog and New Relic, and considering the famous domestic solution called WhaTap and numerous open-source options, the price was too high. Customers recognized the optimizing function but viewed the price as a significant barrier. New Relic does not have many users in Korea, but DataDog demonstrates a significant difference in market presence. Their marketing and sales efforts are incomparable. In Korea, Dynatrace (Private Offer Only) has one sales executive, two engineers, and one channel manager, totaling only four people. In contrast, DataDog in Korea has 125 people, including approximately 60 sales executives, 30 for enterprise and 30 for commerce, five marketing people, 10 SDRs who conduct cold calls, and approximately 35 engineers. The numbers are overwhelming, and their activity level in marketing and other areas is substantially greater. For DataDog and New Relic, operations are almost entirely cloud-based services. Dynatrace (Private Offer Only) operates differently. Although they are now implementing in cloud environments, most customers implement Dynatrace (Private Offer Only) in staging or legacy environments rather than in the cloud. This presents another problem because in the Marketplace, customers can purchase Dynatrace (Private Offer Only), New Relic, or DataDog. However, the major partners of New Relic and DataDog are AWS, Azure, or Google MSP in Korea. These providers are essentially selling cloud services that include APM functionality. Customers can choose to purchase a cloud service through the marketplace or purchase the APM together. Dynatrace (Private Offer Only), however, does not have a partnership with AWS MSP. Consequently, customers are unaware of Dynatrace (Private Offer Only) and do not purchase it through the marketplace. I would rate this review a 6 out of 10.
For the database, I find all the performance metrics to be the most valuable. For CPU, all the utilization metrics are important. Alerting features that send mail and SMS are excellent. Features that Dynatrace is providing are now being implemented by all other vendors, and they have them. However, the level of monitoring that Dynatrace has is not matched by the other solutions. I would rate this review as an eight out of ten.

We do monitor cloud resources. Our environment is hybrid, so we monitor both on-premises and cloud. For cloud, I would say it is just the normal metrics in terms of performance of containers, the pods, resource utilization, and issues to do with applications like the Redis cache, and also cloud network monitoring. Dynatrace (Private Offer Only)'s transaction-level insights have not helped our organization understand interdependencies. That one was a challenge because it is not accurate compared to what we receive from the core banking database. We never utilize that functionality. The issue is accuracy. The number of transactions versus what we receive on the database shows a big delta. To sum it up, the additional features I would like include reporting, network monitoring, and an improved licensing model. Those two are our bottlenecks in terms of utilizing the tool. We are doing automation, and it is becoming difficult for us to do reports because even integration with tools like Power BI, I do not know if it is possible, as it is not possible for us to do our custom reports. That would help as opposed to being dependent on Dynatrace (Private Offer Only)'s reporting module, which I have forgotten the name of, as it is very abstract in terms of the reporting data that is there. I would rate this review as a five out of five.
