If your organization has its own specific workflow and a set of procedures to follow when a specific incident occurs, then I would recommend this solution. It can be very specific when issuing individual tasks. In terms of pricing, it's also very competitive compared to other solutions. Interface-wise, compared to Demisto, it's not the best but it's a very intuitive tool. I would definitely recommend this solution. On a scale from one to ten, I would give DFLabs a rating of nine.
