We're just customers and end-users. We're on version 12.2, however, we're upgrading to 12.3. We did migrate it to the cloud, however, it still automates some of our on-prem servers. I would advise potential new users to just test it and try to find its stress points relative to your organization. I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten.
