I am working with Arista Edge Threat Management NG Firewall and utilize Dynamic VPN to connect to Azure. I see a benefit from that feature as it helps detect threats and provides dynamic switchover between different branch networks or ISPs. If one VPN goes down, it dynamically fails over to another VPN without disrupting my traffic while maintaining the same security level and threat detection across failover scenarios. Arista Edge Threat Management NG Firewall does help to address vulnerabilities exclusively for the Edge product and provides insights into firewalls and threat management. I measure how effective the tool is through a single CloudVision dashboard, which helps detect everything from one interface. I use two types of threat detection dashboards, including the cognitive UI of Arista Edge Threat Management NG Firewall, which is unique and helps detect all logs. I also integrated a ServiceNow solution for dynamically creating tickets and communication with users, automating processes to get a better view without manually checking the threat management dashboard. I would rate Arista Edge Threat Management NG Firewall a 7.5 out of 10, and I would say it is closer to an 8-point rating.

I repeat that the configuration, visualization dashboard panel, reports, alerts, and metrics are quite powerful. I find it to be a powerful solution. I would say that if you're a small and medium enterprise or an education institution and you have a distributed organization looking for a cost-effective and easy-to-manage next-generation firewall solution with fairly good security, VPN, filtering, and centralized management, then Arista Edge Threat Management NG Firewall is an excellent choice. This was pretty good; very comprehensive enough. I would rate this review an 8 out of 10.

The product offers DPI capability. My company does not use the DPI capabilities. I recommend the tool to those who plan to use it. I rate the tool a seven out of ten.
It is a great tool, but we had to do a lot of research. We must understand it to implement it. We had to do a lot of work for two months to understand the firewall. We took another three weeks to implement the rules. It took us a lot of time. Overall, I rate the tool a seven out of ten.
