I would recommend Trend Micro Web Security to organizations looking for an end-to-end security solution. Trend Micro is definitely a secure solution. We primarily use the solution for cloud security. It's excellent for all types of security of internet-facing items. Trend Micro protects our organization from shoulder surfing. It also does certain classifications to provide protection from a GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) point of view.
Trend Micro is a stable tool. I have been using it for over five years and it performs well. I haven’t experienced any stability issues or bugs while using it. I don’t remember it ever crashing or freezing. The setup was simple and straightforward, and once it's installed, it does not use a large amount of resources. I am also satisfied with the customer support. They have a responsive support team.
I would say that this product is more suited for medium sized companies since there are a couple of features large companies might look for that do not currently exist in Trend Micro.

Trend Micro does offer a centralized management console with a single interface but the interface needs some improvements. It could be a bit more user-friendly.
Overall, I would rate Trend Micro and eight out of ten. For the most part, we are happy with it. It is very reliable and offers good services.
