Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has positively impacted my organization by improving our security posture. Many compromised passwords have been able to be changed, and we maintain high-level security, making sure that all devices are secured.

While Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has a good interface for password management, I believe they can make the feature for Privileged Access Management a bit more user-friendly, as right now it is somewhat complicated to get a privileged access manager running in both development and production environments.

Regarding improvements needed for the deployment of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I would like to see a simple way to install requirements on servers so they can easily be accessed through it and use Privileged Access Management. Right now the installation is somewhat complex as there is scripting to be done. It would be great for that setup to be more simple for operators.

The password management portion of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager did not require any customer support because it is so simple and the training is easy to understand that I have never required customer support. The only portion that might require customer support is the Privileged Access Management.

One of the main examples of how I use Keeper Enterprise Password Manager for credential management is for global admin access into tenants. Rather than having credentials saved elsewhere, we utilize Keeper Enterprise Password Manager's strong password creation skills and TOTP access, which can then be shared with other engineers. This helps lower costs on licensing due to not having multiple different accounts and it backs it up with a very strong, secure password or passphrase creation. We also utilize it for sharing credentials with clients and gathering credentials as Keeper Enterprise Password Manager allows us to share fillable forms with clients to gather information from them securely.

We utilize the platform as intended, being a password manager. It is very useful and quite secure. I appreciate being able to give staff free, personal accounts that can be used as long as they are licensed users. I highly recommend the BreachWatch element for any potential clients.

It helps with credential management and fixing weak passwords. The one-time share feature is great, and we use that heavily for onboards, offboards, and sharing important credentials that we do not embed into tickets or via email. The reporting features are very useful. We tested the privileged access management SKU, which was very useful but did not come to fruition in our company due to a lack of need. The general MSP console and management of clients is very simple and useful compared to other password managers I have utilized.

When we first added BreachWatch, we could see how many of the client records provided to us were either insecure or not strong. This allowed us to go in and update those to more secure credentials, which is essentially the whole point. It is also good when we onboard clients, as we know what is insecure when they provide any secure logins. The reporting features are quite simple and easy to use, and log-wise they are great. We have it inputted into our SIEM, which helps.

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has positively impacted our organization by increasing our overall security. It has made our general workflow quicker and easier for credential management and TOTP sharing. Overall, it does exactly what it is meant to do and is beneficial to our organization, especially as an MSP.

Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has improved our workflow through all credential management and the ability to pass over and retrieve logins from clients becoming much faster and easier.

I think Keeper Enterprise Password Manager could be improved in SSO management, which is a little iffy at times. You require Keeper Automator to allow automated approvals. If your entire tenancy gets their sessions kicked out, an admin must sign in and manually approve the first logins. It is not too annoying, but it does cause some headaches at times when people cannot sign into the desktop apps due to the SSO setup. Overall, it is a great product.

It would be great to share entire folders externally, but that is not currently possible.
