I would like to improve the false positive and false negative rates of Dell Trusted Device powered by CrowdStrike Falcon and Intel vPro, see a simpler deployment and configuration, more customizable dashboards, broader integration with third-party security and IT tools, continued improvement in reducing false positives, and more detailed documentation and guided troubleshooting for administrators.

Improvements needed for Dell Trusted Device powered by CrowdStrike Falcon and Intel vPro include handling some legal applications better, as Falcon is blocking some legal, small applications, and it would be beneficial if they could increase their application database.

As for improvements for Dell Trusted Device powered by CrowdStrike Falcon and Intel vPro, there is currently no better support for mixed-vendor devices—if it is Dell, it is fine, but for other devices, the support is not that great.
