Efficient payroll processing with comprehensive attendance management
I am currently heading the payroll benefits and HRIS team here in Manila. We are using SAP HCM on-premises, and we implemented SuccessFactors focusing on Employee Central and GMPM SAP HCM has helped a lot due to the always changing government regulations pertaining to taxation, social security…

Offers a very competitive pricing model but needs to offer flexibility
In my company, we are going down with the implementation service because it is too much of a hassle. If you are supporting European-based companies being located in another location, Zoho is not flexible. As a vendor, you cannot support European business in Asia. You need to be a European vendor to support European business in Asia, and I gave Zoho feedback already that it doesn't make sense as the European vendor who's not on the ground in Asia does not understand the requirements in Asia. As per Zoho, the European vendor makes a joint venture with a local vendor in Asia, and then they do the project together, but I feel that no customer will pay for such complexity. The only challenge is if you are a European business based in Asia and you want to have your data on an EU server, it is a nightmare. The tool should offer more flexibility in areas like attendance. Its features are okay. The solution needs more reporting tools. I should be able to choose where to store the data since, as a European business, you are obliged to store your data in Europe.

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I believe HCM is a little expensive, but I don't know the exact price because I'm involved with the sales team. However, I think the price must be reasonable because many organizations are migrating their current ERPs to SAP. It's excellent software, and the price is competitive."
"Licensing fees are paid yearly."
"Be careful and guard against future changes in licensing."
"Licensing is pretty complex. SAP does not have a straight forward way of licensing, and it differs from client to client."
"The pricing depends upon the specific model and number of user accounts included in a bundle."
"The solution is a little expensive and we are charged per user for the license. The solution can be paid monthly or annually."
"The solution is cheap."
"SAP is expensive, but if you're using the product, then the expensive product becomes inexpensive. Considering its performance and features, I find it quite reasonable."
"Zoho People Plus has a very competitive pricing model. The pricing part is tier-based, and it is eight Euros per user."
