Sentiment score

I would rate its scalability up to nine on a scale of one to ten.

Stability Issues

Sentiment score

QlikView is praised for stability and robustness, with some resource intensity issues during heavy data processing but overall reliable.
Sentiment score
7.4

Room For Improvement

QlikView's outdated interface, scalability issues, and high costs drive users towards modern tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik Sense.
SAP Analytics Cloud needs better integration, visualization, real-time updates, flexible pricing, and enhanced AI capabilities for improved user experience.
In QlikView, I believe the improvement that should be made is to bring the costs down, as you'll have to be competitive with Power BI, aiming for at least a 30% reduction to stop the hemorrhaging to Power BI.
Documentation-wise, we see some gaps when trying to connect different solutions.

Setup Cost

QlikView's pricing varies significantly, with high setup and user costs compared to Power BI and SAP Crystal Reports.
SAP Analytics Cloud has higher pricing, but offers comprehensive features and integration, viewed as costly yet valuable by some.
The license cost per user or per year for QlikView is about 500 Euros annually.

Valuable Features

QlikView offers dynamic dashboards, self-service BI, and rapid data visualization with its Associative Query Logic and user-friendly interface.
SAP Analytics Cloud offers integration, user-friendly features, real-time analytics, and planning, supporting diverse business needs with scalability.
The best features in QlikView are rapid development, the fact that I can do what I want in QlikView, and full control along with ease of use.
For SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Cloud, there are pre-built reports available which are commonly used by customers.

Seamless integration, collaborative features, and enhances data exploration
There are several areas for improvement in SAP Analytics Cloud. Firstly, features available in SAP Lumira are missing in SAP Analytics Cloud. Secondly, the predictive analytics functions, although promising, are currently only suitable for Proof of Concepts (POCs) and not for industrial-scale use. Lastly, the pricing model for the planning functionality is quite high and presents an entry barrier.
