The data lake is a very powerful feature within OpenText Operations Bridge. It can integrate with any BI tool to collect AI data and perform a variety of functions. It offers hybrid compatibility and supports desktop application customization and cloud integration. Another essential capability is server automation, which became significantly easier with the software appliance for deployment. This solution also provides role-based access that enhances data privacy and security.

Helps to track the lifecycle of SAP products from inception to end-of-life

We can integrate different environments, including development, quality, and production. You can open implementation projects, define users' roles, manage training, design, and store all project-related documentation. Before going live, there's a checklist and cutover plan. Configuration moves from development to quality, then production, to ensure everything runs smoothly. Once in production, the platform tracks system performance, open cases, maintenance, upgrades, and new features. You can monitor everything through dashboards, reports, event notifications, and support tickets, both internally and with SAP. The most valuable feature for me is the tracking of configurations from development to production. It helps ensure everything is in place and makes it easy to see any changes made along the way. Additionally, having visibility into cloud system performance and capacity is crucial. It allows us to monitor usage and ensure everything is running smoothly. Another important aspect is the documentation and versioning of changes, which helps keep everything organized and easy to track.

SAP IT Operations Analytics gives you holistic visibility into your entire hardware and appli-cation landscape by aggregating data sources within one layer. Network topology, system log data, and external message catalogs can now be combined to provide one comprehen-sive view of the network. This helps your IT department detect incidents more quickly. SAP IT Operations Analytics integrates data sources from different layers so logs from multiple layers can be combined into one consistent, simplified data model. The sources of data can include services, applica-tions, operating systems, or even end-user devices at the top. They can go so deep as to include data from servers, the network, or storage â including sensors â in the data center, making the IT department can now correlate data patterns from multiple streams with extreme efficiency to find root causes to problems.
