Streamline video processing with seamless integration and high-quality encoding
The most valuable features of Mux include the ease of integration and the high-quality video encoding. Using Mux saves a lot of development time. If we were to build our own encoding and all of this, it would have taken probably a year from our development. Mux reduced this by a lot.

Reliable ad insertion has enabled robust ABR workflows and consistent stream handling
Regarding how TITAN Live HD can be improved, what I find limiting is that we run it on blade servers, each housing a TITAN Live HD instance that cannot handle too many channels; sometimes we are limited to four channels per blade per instance, and I understand that transcoding, especially ABR transcoding, is hard to achieve. On the topic of needed improvements around scalability or hardware compatibility, if we had our own servers and could implement some GPUs specifically for video processing and transcoding, it would be beneficial. Even on my laptop with an NVIDIA card, I can transcode videos much faster. Having TITAN Live HD in a custom server with GPUs would allow for much faster transcoding, which is my first wish.
