Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The solution is relatively stable.""The conversation capabilities and document management are the solution's most valuable features.""Microsoft Teams is much more stable than other solutions like Skype for Business.""The product enables us to create teams for specific projects.""The tool's integration with OneNote and Power BI is good. The current version of Microsoft Teams is significantly more user-friendly compared to previous versions. I find it easy to handle any user needs and provide assistance. The device installation process is straightforward, and configuring it for users is not complicated. This seamless and user-friendly experience makes it easy to connect with everyone.""The most valuable feature of the solution is that it can be included in most systems...Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.""We like it because it makes it easy to communicate, chat, make video calls, and schedule meetings with people.""The most valuable features are visual and audio, as they are very clear with no interruptions."

Cons
"It's not as easy to augment your meetings as it is with competitors. For example, in Zoom, if I want to add attendees, I just grab the meeting link and post it to them. With Teams, how to do this is not as clear.""Technical support could be improved.""Inability to see large numbers of participants.""After six months of working with it, I still find the UI a little clunky when it comes to sharing content and moving around between features like the calendar and files.""I would like to see Outlook options added to this solution.""The product needs to improve its security.""Its screen-sharing feature could be better compared to a few competitors.""The UI can be further improved upon. When I used to use Skype, Skype was a small window that opened on your desktop. With Teams, when you use it, it occupies your full screen just like if you were in Word or Excel. Skype worked more like an app, which I preferred. I liked being able to use it in a minimized screen. If Teams could emulate that a bit, it would be a better user experience."
