Has enabled seamless integration across platforms while supporting advanced analytics for customer insights
Microsoft Dynamics CRM doesn't provide solutions that allow you to transform easily if you have a heterogeneous mix of technologies or if your contact center is on analog and you try to digitize it. A lot of custom work is needed if you have to integrate heterogeneous technologies with the Microsoft suite, but if you are using the Microsoft suite, then it's quite seamless. Microsoft Dynamics CRM should add commercial models that allow smaller companies to use it because it can get pretty expensive. Better commercial options for smaller implementations may be helpful. There should be commercial options for smaller companies, as the overheads and costs of Dynamics can be quite high.

An easy-to-use, simple and stable CRM solution
The solution is used for VMware Environment It's easy to configure and easy to create a data source or replicate it to another one. It's very easy to use. All servers are in the environment, and we are using the data source. Nimble is very reliable. The configuration is very quick and simple.…

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The most valuable feature is that it's easy to use and can work with any Microsoft solution without problems."
"Our clients appreciate that the solution can be used to monitor everything their customer interacts with in their business."
"It integrates well with other Microsoft products."
"Integration is the best feature of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It integrates quickly across multiple apps and has a lot of APIs available that you can link to. It's very customizable, so we're able to tailor it to a client's needs."
"The support is brilliant. All OEMs are pretty helpful."
"The most valuable feature is that because this solution uses the cloud, you only have to install it and allocate it to a user, making it quite easy to use."
"The Outlook calendar has been very helpful for us."
"The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is its performance."
"The interface is easy to use and has many features, such as email marketing and ad management, live chat, and more."
"It is a fast and reliable solution."
"It's easy to configure and easy to create a data source or replicate it to another one."

Cons

"Microsoft Dynamics CRM is not that customizable, you can customize it, but a lot of it is still pre-built in a way that you have a lot of details in there that you don't need."
"It lacks to provide a more detailed profile of the customer, which would have been better and more useful."
"The solution should improve the user experience in the process of creating and activating offers."
"The price of Microsoft Dynamics CRM could improve."
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM's customer support could be improved as tickets usually take a long time to resolve."
"We had to do some customizations on top and it got a bit cumbersome."
"Many customers feel the overheads of cost and ROI are not present, prompting them to consider migrating out of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or minimizing their footprint to manage costs effectively, especially in sectors such as banking and airline."
"The main issue with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is that its GUI isn't very attractive. Overall, the solution has the same functionalities as other CRMs such as Salesforce, but Salesforce is much simpler to use. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is complicated to use, and this is another area for improvement. It was also more difficult to set up the solution, so its setup could still be improved. What I'd like to see in the next version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a cleaner user interface because currently, it looks messy to me. Salesforce CRM has a better, more simplified user interface that makes it easier for you to get what you need, while in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you have to put in a lot of effort to get things done."
"Nimble sometimes slows down the progress of any work or project we have pending as it lacks the customization to manage the task through the work dashboard."
"The solution should improve its replication groups' verification confirmation."
"The product has a security flaw."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Dynamics CRM's pricing is fair."
"The cost could be cheaper. I would rate them 3 out of 5."
"The cost depends on a number of factors, so whoever is implementing it will need to take that into consideration before it is done."
"The cost varies on multiple factors including customization and the number of users."
"Microsoft often encourages customers to commit to multi-year enterprise-level agreements, such as three or five-year deals with a minimum commitment of, for example, $200,000 dollars. However, in order to acquire more customers, I believe Microsoft should offer this same rate for one-year commitments for customers who want to experience it."
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM is very affordable if you use the yearly subscription."
"The solution is expensive."
"The annual license for Microsoft Dynamics CRM could be reduced, it is expensive."
"The pricing is moderate."
"The solution is cost-effective."
