Although it is on the cloud, it has features such as two-factor authentication for making our enterprise data secure. Its availability is very valuable. It is always up, and we've never faced a downtime with it until now."
"The initial setup is very easy."
"Microsoft Teams is the feature that I am currently leveraging for meetings, conferencing, and search-based functionalities. We've been able to extend some applications to Microsoft Teams."
"As a small business, the big thing for us is the ability to onboard new people easily. So, it's a matter of minutes to add new users, buy a new license pack for them, assign the licenses to them, and get them logged on. It takes 10 to 15 minutes."
"It's great that many people can collaborate together at the same time."
"The packages provided in the solution enable my company's team members to carry out their daily tasks."
"I would recommend Microsoft 365 Business to new users because it has user-friendly features for beginners."
"like Outlook. Outlook is an email solution, and we're using it every day for daily communication."
"Scalefusion is easy to use, and they have a broad knowledge base, so you can quickly find answers if you're unsure how to do something. The articles on the knowledge base are well-written, with clear steps on what to do for a specific scenario. That part is well documented."
"Technical support could be a bit better. It's an aspect Microsoft could improve upon."
"The solution could integrate better with other products such as Skype and Zoom, at the moment it slows down the computer."
"365 Business' workflow should be better integrated into our current ERP systems. We are running two different ERP systems that are integrated, so it would make sense in the future to have those systems integrated into a content management workflow system."
"It can be heavy and it sometimes takes time to access the application."
"The solution could have better integration with other applications."
"The technical support could be more knowledgeable."
"At least a basic collaboration tool or project management tool should be included in the solution for the price we pay."
"The solution could have better email automation."
"It could be easier to put devices on the blocklist. I would like the ability to block a device with a click of a button. Currently, we have to sift through different groups to block a device. It would be nice if Scalefusion allowed me to block without moving the device to a different profile. Another helpful feature they could add is the ability to migrate from one MDM to another. I'd also appreciate more extensive cloud storage. They give you 1 GB by default, but sometimes that's not enough."
