Collaborating securely across project teams has improved communication and streamlined workflows
In my view, Microsoft 365 Business has all the features, but there are some areas for improvement. One area is that the licensing structure can be confusing, especially with the different plans, so understanding each plan is somewhat difficult. When using large Excel files, such as extracting data from an SQL query and pasting it into Excel, it sometimes encounters performance issues when dealing with large files. Integration with non-Microsoft tools is sometimes limited; however, integration within the Microsoft tools is very good. It would be useful if it were possible to integrate with other tools outside of Microsoft. Managing permissions and access in SharePoint and Teams can be complex for new users, but once they become familiar with the tool, they can manage it easily. The security and permissions for new users in SharePoint and Teams can be made more intuitive for them. Additionally, the pricing structure, which involves explaining different plans, could be clearer to help users easily choose the plan they need. Improving performance when working on large Excel files would also be beneficial.

It has significantly increased the amount of work we can perform, but blocking devices could be easier.
It could be easier to put devices on the blocklist. I would like the ability to block a device with a click of a button. Currently, we have to sift through different groups to block a device. It would be nice if Scalefusion allowed me to block without moving the device to a different profile. Another helpful feature they could add is the ability to migrate from one MDM to another. I'd also appreciate more extensive cloud storage. They give you 1 GB by default, but sometimes that's not enough.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Though there are other solutions available, almost everyone is using it, as it offers ease-of-use."
"Teams is a valuable feature in addition to the other features 365 provides."
"The solution is very stable."
"The feature I find most valuable is Business 365's real-time edit and updates. You can share files, and it will automatically create the link for you."
"I have not had any issues when using Microsoft 365 Business; I am very comfortable using this solution, it is easy to use, I have not been faced with any security issues, the security has been good, the features work well, and it is user-friendly."
"I'm satisfied with how they handle data, and the people there are very friendly."
"It provides a single place to manage all of your tasks, and it is easier to collaborate within our team or outside of them."
"We use this product for our office administration and communication tasks."
"Scalefusion is easy to use, and they have a broad knowledge base, so you can quickly find answers if you're unsure how to do something. The articles on the knowledge base are well-written, with clear steps on what to do for a specific scenario. That part is well documented."
"Its enhanced support for iOS and Windows devices has been particularly beneficial, expanding our service offerings to customers with diverse device environments."
"Scalefusion has significantly increased the amount of work we can perform and has made it much easier to achieve our goals efficiently by eliminating tedious work and cumbersome processes."

Cons

"The Teams feature should be more flexible in integrating with other communications products."
"I would like to see a connection between their planner board, and a project for the web would be better."
"There could be more integration with different platforms for the product."
"In terms of what could be improved, they are continuously developing it, but sometimes not necessarily in a good direction. There are changes happening every three months so you actually have to learn some tools again. I'll give you an example. Teams used to be really good and now, I have a feeling that they hired developers from Skype Business because it's actually not very good."
"The SMTP should be easier to use and navigate."
"Updates to the SQL server with better features are needed to compete with Oracle Database."
"Office 365 could be more secure."
"The solution's technical support team takes time to respond to users, making it an area of the tool's shortcomings where improvements are required."
"One area for improvement could be streamlining permissions during initial device setup, especially for corporate-owned devices, to reduce manual user interaction and expedite deployment."
