We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"It is pretty secure. Although it is on the cloud, it has features such as two-factor authentication for making our enterprise data secure. Its availability is very valuable. It is always up, and we've never faced a downtime with it until now.""The initial setup is very easy.""Microsoft Teams is the feature that I am currently leveraging for meetings, conferencing, and search-based functionalities. We've been able to extend some applications to Microsoft Teams.""As a small business, the big thing for us is the ability to onboard new people easily. So, it's a matter of minutes to add new users, buy a new license pack for them, assign the licenses to them, and get them logged on. It takes 10 to 15 minutes.""It's great that many people can collaborate together at the same time.""The packages provided in the solution enable my company's team members to carry out their daily tasks.""I would recommend Microsoft 365 Business to new users because it has user-friendly features for beginners.""like Outlook. Outlook is an email solution, and we're using it every day for daily communication."

"Scalefusion is easy to use, and they have a broad knowledge base, so you can quickly find answers if you're unsure how to do something. The articles on the knowledge base are well-written, with clear steps on what to do for a specific scenario. That part is well documented."

Cons
"Technical support could be a bit better. It's an aspect Microsoft could improve upon.""The solution could integrate better with other products such as Skype and Zoom, at the moment it slows down the computer.""365 Business' workflow should be better integrated into our current ERP systems. We are running two different ERP systems that are integrated, so it would make sense in the future to have those systems integrated into a content management workflow system.""It can be heavy and it sometimes takes time to access the application.""The solution could have better integration with other applications.""The technical support could be more knowledgeable.""At least a basic collaboration tool or project management tool should be included in the solution for the price we pay.""The solution could have better email automation."

"It could be easier to put devices on the blocklist. I would like the ability to block a device with a click of a button. Currently, we have to sift through different groups to block a device. It would be nice if Scalefusion allowed me to block without moving the device to a different profile. Another helpful feature they could add is the ability to migrate from one MDM to another. I'd also appreciate more extensive cloud storage. They give you 1 GB by default, but sometimes that's not enough."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "Depending on which plan you purchase, there are a plethora of applications available to you."
  • "Compared to buying a license, it is much cheaper and a good buy."
  • "We do monthly billing, however, I'm not sure what the exact costs are. We may pay around $1,000/month. We started using the Microsoft Teams and we've started doing the conference call feature, so that's another $4 an account and we have a few accounts using that right now."
  • "USD $1,250 annually for the standard package."
  • "Pricing can vary a lot due to fluctuations in exchange rates and that is not favorable for planning."
  • "Now you can select different licenses, for example, if somebody doesn't need all of the features, it would cost $8 USD per month and if they didn't need the email application then it would cost $6 USD per month."
  • "It works out to be $12.50 per user per month."
  • "Microsoft 365 Business will be good to have if you have a large organization where you have more than 3000 employees. Other cheaper solutions, like Gmail, are easily available in the market."
