Comprehensive cloud tools have unified identity security and device management for my clients
I would suggest a lower cost for my clients because Microsoft 365 has many other licenses that provide different types of features. Microsoft 365 Business covers most of their requirements, and for the other parts, they use other third-party tools for cybersecurity. Although Microsoft 365 Business offers some cybersecurity features, it does not offer everything, such as endpoint detection response and mitigation. For those, clients need to buy a higher version of a license, such as Enterprise E1 or E5. I think Microsoft 365 Business can be improved if it adds more features such as endpoint detection or more features from Microsoft Defender, including cloud app security. With cloud app security, the application status or application logs can be monitored. Currently, cloud app security is not part of Microsoft 365 Business. You have to purchase a standalone license for that. If that can be added, it can increase the volume of purchases for Microsoft 365 Business.

An MDM solution for controlling and restricting data on devices
Everyone is using high-end devices, such as mobile devices. If they lose their devices, how about the data copied to other devices? Once the device is lost, you can remotely delete all of the data and block the device, preventing anyone from using or reusing it. This will keep your devices secure.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The most valuable feature of this solution, in my opinion, is its simplicity."
"We are satisfied with technical support."
"The feature I find most valuable is Business 365's real-time edit and updates. You can share files, and it will automatically create the link for you."
"You can easily connect to this application with minimal bandwidth."
"SharePoint is probably the most valuable feature for me."
"Microsoft 365 Business is considered to be one of the best when you compare it with other operating systems or Office suites."
"Overall, I have found it to be a good, reliable product."
"If you have been using Microsoft services, it becomes easier to move with this product."
"Scalefusion has significantly increased the amount of work we can perform and has made it much easier to achieve our goals efficiently by eliminating tedious work and cumbersome processes."
"Scalefusion is easy to use, and they have a broad knowledge base, so you can quickly find answers if you're unsure how to do something. The articles on the knowledge base are well-written, with clear steps on what to do for a specific scenario. That part is well documented."
"Its enhanced support for iOS and Windows devices has been particularly beneficial, expanding our service offerings to customers with diverse device environments."

Cons

"It would be better if Microsoft supported more integrations."
"As an example, there isn't a clean transfer to a Google Doc outside of hosting it as a .docx file."
"I am responsible for handling the licenses and was not happy with the amount of time spent during the auditing process."
"The pricing and licensing format could be improved."
"They should simplify breakout rooms a bit."
"The price is high. It should be lower."
"From the perspective of a developer, the interface could be more user-friendly. It is quite difficult to use."
"UINUX for Microsoft 10 is so heavy for our users."
"One area for improvement could be streamlining permissions during initial device setup, especially for corporate-owned devices, to reduce manual user interaction and expedite deployment."
"It could be easier to put devices on the blocklist. I would like the ability to block a device with a click of a button."
"It could be easier to put devices on the blocklist. I would like the ability to block a device with a click of a button. Currently, we have to sift through different groups to block a device. It would be nice if Scalefusion allowed me to block without moving the device to a different profile. Another helpful feature they could add is the ability to migrate from one MDM to another. I'd also appreciate more extensive cloud storage. They give you 1 GB by default, but sometimes that's not enough."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The monthly license of the solution is quite expensive."
"Pricing can always be improved."
"Its cost is fine because I have a lot of devices in my account."
"Our fees are paid monthly."
"The product’s price could be improved. There are additional costs involved apart from standard licenses."
"I think that the price is fair."
"Microsoft 365 Business is expensive."
"It is expensive. It should be cheaper, especially for companies and businesses. Licensing is on a yearly basis."
