Low-code, helpful support, and great native mobile capability
There is always a layer of custom code required. There is a misconception of low-code, or Mendix, or the industry in general. They are perceived as more of a dashboarding tool, and as a visualization platform only, rather than building a complete enterprise solution. That's more of an awareness marketing challenge they have, or the industry has. In general, AI needs to be better. The team and the company is running ahead with this a bit more. AI area is something which companies have started to pick up on, low-code wise, and they should invest in it more. I would like to see their data hub module become a little bit more mature. They need to expand their base as the concept is amazing. We just need to see more use cases and learn more capabilities there, and then definitely they need to fill in the AI piece of it.

Significantly improves the overall cycle time, and offers robotic automation, and the BPM workflow
The extensive availability of ready-made gadgets in Pega BPM is a double-edged sword. While it offers convenience, it also leads to a steeper learning curve. Our developers and business analysts need to invest significant time and effort to fully understand and utilize the platform's capabilities. In essence, it's a complex product that demands a deep understanding to be used effectively. So, it cuts both ways. This complexity can be both an advantage and a disadvantage, depending on the user's expertise. So, the learning curve is pretty high! So, it's very good if you are a professional user, but you need to be a really good professional user to use this solution effectively.

Reliable, user-driven platform, that is scalable
I would highly recommend working closely with QuickBase and taking advantage of their subcontractors who specialize in building QuickBase apps. QuickBase does a great job of connecting potential users with these subcontractors. However, I would also advise tempering expectations and being aware that building and customizing applications in QuickBase takes time. It is a user-driven platform, so it requires investment and effort to create meaningful solutions. I would rate QuickBase a ten out of ten. I believe that if implemented properly, QuickBase can provide immense value to any organization. It can be used for various purposes such as managing purchase orders, tracking change orders, and monitoring project metrics. By using QuickBase as a central hub, it becomes a reliable and trustworthy source for project-related information. This ability to consolidate and organize data makes it an invaluable tool. Moreover, any solution that helps transform information from individual knowledge into a structured database is undoubtedly a worthwhile investment.
