Automation has reduced manual data entry while configuration complexity still needs improvement
The best features Labra Platform offers are strong onboarding, great expert support, and a powerful CRM integration into Salesforce, which we use. The expert support from Labra Platform is one of its definite strengths, as it has a highly knowledgeable support team and it also provides smooth onboarding and high-quality assistance while navigating the complex process of cloud setups, especially with AWS. Labra Platform has positively impacted my organization by providing a drastic reduction of manual overhead and helping automate our private offers. The specific outcome related to that reduction in overhead or automation is a 90% reduction in manual data entry time.

Streamlined marketplace listings have empowered sales teams and simplify cross-cloud administration
Tackle Platform is an easy-to-use tool, which is good, but I imagine if the Alliance team ever wanted to migrate from Tackle Platform, it would be very complex to do that because all of our marketplace activity is deployed via this stack set owned by Tackle Platform. The lock-in feature is strong with Tackle Platform, which is a risk for people to consider if they were to use it. Additionally, I understand the pricing can be quite high, as they charge a platform fee plus a percentage of marketplace revenue generated. For organizations selling heavily through Tackle Platform, it could become quite expensive.

Pros

"Labra Platform has positively impacted my organization by providing a drastic reduction of manual overhead and helping automate our private offers."
"Tackle Platform has positively impacted my organization by abstracting the technical layer for the Alliance team to create marketplace listings, which is very important as their focus and time should be on sales activities."

Cons

"Labra Platform can be improved as there is a pretty big learning curve that is steep, and I believe that to understand and properly configure and map custom data fields between Salesforce and other cloud portals, you need to have a solid grasp of both systems' underlying technical structures coming into the relationship with Labra Platform."
"The lock-in feature is strong with Tackle Platform, which is a risk for people to consider if they were to use it."
