User-friendly interface simplifies management while performance issues during scanning need addressing
Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business is easy to implement and has a user-friendly interface. It stands out as an antivirus and malware protection solution due to its extensive feeds and resources for antivirus signatures. These capabilities enable effective malware protection. Additionally, it offers scalability as any endpoint added to Active Directory can be easily integrated by Kaspersky Security Center. Its straightforward deployment and ease of management are other valuable features. It does not require an advanced engineer to manage, and resources are readily available online, making it accessible and scalable.

A tool that offers good UI and documentation
Webroot Business Endpoint Protection had sent me a physical installation medium, which was very easy to obtain and deploy. It was also easy to configure, and it had a nice UI. I didn't have any problems with the product. I think that Webroot Business Endpoint Protection is very transparent about the pricing models offered to users. The tool also maintains transparency about the features and specifications. Previously, when I compared the two products with Webroot Business Endpoint Protection, I saw that with Trend Micro, it is very difficult to transparently find out what it offers and how much it charges for it.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"In EDR, they have a sandbox feature. Kaspersky's threat detection and response capability is very good, making it a strong feature."
"There is excellent integration with the app directory."
"Kaspersky Endpoint Security protects against viruses and dangerous software, and it's also great because it has a component that is useful for the deployment of software versions to the end user's computer."
"Deployment and centralized management are essential for us because of the number of loads that we have along with the number of geographic locations where we are based."
"Using dashboards, it is very easy to manage."
"The interface is really good. It's nice and simple."
"The product's most valuable features are automation and central administration."
"As far as it functions, it works fine."
"The main reason we had Webroot is that it was cost-effective for our clients."
"The initial setup is not complex at all. It's very straightforward."
"The ease of use of the centralized admin console is its best asset."
"The solution is very simple and straightforward to use."
"Auto-Remediation"
"I rate the initial setup phase a ten on a scale of one to ten, where one is difficult, and ten is easy."
"The solution has many features. It is very easy to define and set the policies based on the user groups, it does not take up a lot of resources in operation, and has provided us with a good track record of protection."
"The traffic security monitoring, traffic application access feature called the agent, the main feature which is the endpoint security feature are the ones I found valuable. And it also had the in branch security in kind of SD WAN, good three hundred and sixty protection. It is specific and there is ease of deployment also present."

Cons

"It is expensive, it could be cheaper, so I think the solution's pricing could be better."
"We would like it so that if a user uses it on-premises, the server should use fewer hardware resources."
"The licensing fees could be reduced."
"I might have the best product in the market. But if it's not properly configured, then I'm losing many of these features. I'm not getting the most out of them. And this is actually one of the biggest challenges that we're facing."
"The solution sometimes slows down the computers of our clients, the performance needs to improve."
"It's does not have the architecture or structure to scale up."
"From time to time, some users loose connection via the Network Agent."
"We've found that sometimes the solution is not doing its job in detecting some malware."
"Usually, when it comes to reliability, McAfee and Norton are at 99 percent. Webroot's percentage is lower. It is 94% reliable in terms of what it catches, but you're trading that percentage for customer satisfaction because your computer isn't being constantly told that it just blocked something, or it just did something."
"There should be a Webroot Business Endpoint Protection mobile app."
"It would be nice if it had a feature for automatically generating reports on the client end for device status, security status and backup information."
"We need more control over when upgrades to the app are rolled out."
"The reporting is the weakest part of the Webroot console. Frequently, I export to Excel to massage something into it to pass on to others."
"We need to know more details about how the virus interacted with the computer."
"Webroot is very reactionary. It waits until the threat is active within memory to try and detect it. They need better pre-execution detection and prevention."
"Webroot Business Endpoint Protection needs to improve its ability to detect threats."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The pricing is a bit more expensive than other products."
"The price is reasonable. We evaluated some other vendors, but Kaspersky charges less and offers more."
"The solution is available at a highly affordable price"
"It is quite standard, because we use the volume licensing."
"It's an affordable security solution."
"Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business' pricing is reasonable, and licensing costs are annual."
"The tool is too expensive compared to other products."
"The product is available at a low price."
"The pricing is high."
"The solution doesn't cost too much. It's about 30 Euros a year for each endpoint. It's pretty affordable for us and for many other companies."
"Work on a price tier plan."
"I can't recall the exact pricing, but I believe there is a monthly fee of $20-30 per user."
"Webroot is less expensive than SentinelOne."
"If you purchase for clients, then you are the managing billing entity. It's better to either get a monthly subscription check from your clients, or to prepay for the year (so as to not keep cash in reserve to pay the bill each month) IMHO."
"The solution is very cost-effective."
"I think the price is fairly reasonable. I was really prepared to pay more, but the price is fine."
