I can utilize IBM Security Guardium for real-time alerts to monitor who's logging in, who's logging out, what scripts they're running on the database, and anything else related to monitoring. It does compliance depending on your vertical, such as HIPAA for medical or PCI DSS for financial sectors, and it has a lot of built-in functionality for compliance. It's very good for automation compliance reports.
