Automation and integrated analytics have transformed how my team manages campaigns and deals
There are a couple of things which I would improve in HubSpot CRM. There are limitations with user limitations. I would want a feature where certain users do not need to export data and I want to be notified if anyone is exporting. That feature exists for a certain number of users, but it should also apply to lower-level users who should be notified as well. Second, the analysis and insights need to be provided on a weekly basis. For example, I would want to see that in this week we sent an email to a certain number of prospects, information about which was my highest open rate email campaign and which was my lowest engagement campaign, and insights from HubSpot AI that can be utilized. I would want to know which subject lines we gathered that received more attention as a form of data analytics information. Additionally, if I have one hundred contacts today and a couple of them are not active, for example, if eighty contacts are active and twenty contacts have never opened my email, I would want to trash them because they are not engaging. That kind of information would be very useful.

The project and task management features are valuable.
Project and task management Finance and bill management CRM We use it as a team management tool and online service for billing and finance management, and contact management as well. We are waiting for a new UI design, and also I think that not having a mobile version is a weakness. I think I…

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The native integration with Outlook is something that I find really useful in HubSpot CRM."
"The most valuable feature of HubSpot CRM is the forms."
"The ease of having everything in one place is valuable."
"The automations that HubSpot provides, such as creating sequences and the playbooks they have, are valuable."
"The best feature in HubSpot CRM for us is the custom objects that we integrated. This allows us to include more information on the contact profile, company profile, and other details, making it easier for our staff to have all the necessary information before contacting our customers.Additionally, having all this information in a centralized place is highly beneficial for us."
"The support from HubSpot CRM is excellent; they're proactive, they reach back out to you, they make sure they get on the phone with you and will do anything they can to make sure you are successful."
"Hubspot CRM also lets you make calls and send emails directly."
"We switched to HubSpot CRM because the marketing tool was really good."
"Creating a streamlined process from sales through to completion of projects has made an immense difference to our operations."
"WORKetc is a great tool; complex and useful; maybe even too complex with a lot of customized options."
"It is deceptively simple but remarkably powerful."

Cons

"The primary area to improve is creating deployable packages. When I buy into HubSpot, I have a list of checks, however, I am left to figure out how to use it."
"Certain stability issues could be automatically addressed through automation measures that would ensure absolute stability."
"There is no option to remove duplicate constant contacts. They are not restricting duplicates."
"There are limitations with user limitations. I would want a feature where certain users do not need to export data and I want to be notified if anyone is exporting."
"The only thing that was tough was that the functionality was very dependent on the licensing level. So there were many things I wanted to do, but then I'd have to add on different licenses or purchase different add-ons."
"From the perspective of continuous improvements needed in the product, I would want the tool to be able to pull out more information about clients."
"There is room for improvement in pricing. The pricing strategy that they have is way too clever."
"The pricing could improve."
"The UI needs to move forward to a refreshed version but this is in the works."
"We are waiting for a new UI design, and also I think that not having a mobile version is a weakness."
"It just feels that the current UI is a bit old school."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"HubSpot CRM has a free version, which is why small companies prefer it. The paid version of this software needs to be priced better."
"I do not recall the particulars of the licensing fees."
"Pricing is based on the number of users."
"It's in the upper range. If 10 represents the most expensive, I'd rate it a 7 out of 10. Its price also depends on the size of your team."
"The price of HubSpot CRM is expensive."
"The price of the solution could improve because it is expensive."
"The pricing is reasonable."
"If one is a low price and ten is a high price, I rate the pricing as a five. HubSpot CRM is much more expensive than Salesforce. My company probably pays around 40 USD per user monthly."
