Efficient discovery workflows have supported fast reviews but ingestion of document families still needs work

Everlaw's best features include ease of ingestion, processing speed, processing metadata, metadata redactions, and seamless application of redactions on the native. The speed of processing makes the biggest difference in my day-to-day work because the faster we get data into a review system, the less time that we have down for projects. Everlaw has positively impacted my organization by offering an opportunity for an alternative to our current database management that we use for eDiscovery. It has a different aesthetic feel, and we use it primarily for shorter-lived cases.

A stable and scalable hybrid solution with easy setup

The solution is scalable. It has three levels. You have the presentation area that can be escalated to the balance sheet. You have the back-end area that can be escalated using higher viability to configure more application servers. Also, the area of storage can be increased. We usually cater to enterprise solutions but have small- and medium-sized customers. It starts with 25 users and goes up to 100s and 1000s.

Analytics in Everlaw runs by default when we process anything. We used AI to train the system for review in a project with five million records."

For example, you can start with an initial search, add related items, and then continue adding more related items to the entire search. Another thing about Everlaw is its speed. Everlaw isn't used for Data Breach projects. For normal eDiscovery, we can use Everlaw, but most clients prefer Relativity."
