Room For Improvement

ESET PROTECT Enterprise requires improved remote deployment, performance, automation, flexibility, documentation, and affordability to enhance user experience.
NetWitness NDR requires improvements in UI, scalability, detectability, integration, session times, pricing, training, and features, making it complex and slow.
Sometimes, agents lose connection with the management console, and the administration team needs to reinstall the agents on the computers.
ESET PROTECT Enterprise makes the system a little slow sometimes and updates occur at startup.
They need to reduce the number of notifications on the endpoints.

Setup Cost

ESET PROTECT Enterprise users consider pricing reasonable, competitive, and offering good value despite occasional price increases.
I pay 40 dollars per agent annually, which is cheaper than 60 dollars per agent for Check Point.
Comparing it to other solutions in the market, it was slightly higher.
We recently paid fourteen dollars and thirty-six cents per unit for 20 users, which is reasonable.

Valuable Features

ESET PROTECT Enterprise provides robust network monitoring, efficient management, automated tasks, reliable EDR, and secure, low-resource antivirus protection.
NetWitness NDR offers high detection rates, real-time malware response, third-party integration, and a user-friendly, interoperable interface with advanced analytics.
It allows simple whitelisting and has a learning mode for new installations, which reduces false positives by adapting to typical user habits.
Its web component prevents infections from malicious websites, which enhances its anti-malware capabilities.
This is a benefit because with all the systems connected, wherever the users are, from my system I can see what's happening on their system.

Beneficial single unified dashboard, good native application integration, and high availability
My advice to those wanting to implement RSA NetWitness Network is they have to first do a little due diligence, such as the exact requirement based on their needs. That will give them a direction for their investment because otherwise, the bill of material or bill of quantity (BOQ) may be higher side. It is important to do good due intelligence on the environment, see the exact requirement, and then go ahead with the solution. The solution is perfectly stable. I rate RSA NetWitness Network a nine out of ten.
