Recruiting has become more efficient and consistently delivers strong candidates for every role
Improvements could be made for Dice Tech Recruiting, such as verifying the profiles uploaded by individuals outside the US who are pretending to be in the USA. This would help recruiters reach out to the right candidates, potentially by adding a feature for verification with an ID. I would like to add that while I use mostly Boolean search on Dice Tech Recruiting, sometimes there are glitches resulting in irrelevant results being shown, which does not help in finding the right match. I would suggest that Dice Tech Recruiting should only provide profiles that match our searches. I believe I have covered all the suggestions I could make for improvements needed in Dice Tech Recruiting, but I remain open to suggesting additional features in the future as different scenarios may appear.

Automated infrastructure deployment has reduced our backend release time from days to hours
I found an issue with features that was difficult for me when we needed to retrieve some tags or IDs of a resource that we deployed using Upbound Crossplane, for example, the RDS. We encountered a problem where we needed to use the ID of the RDS in another document that we have, making it difficult to return this information using Upbound Crossplane deployment. I believe Upbound Crossplane could be improved by possibly having a feature that can return tags, IDs, or resources that were deployed inside AWS, such as needing to return the ID of the VPC that we create when using Upbound Crossplane. I think the current state of Upbound Crossplane is already good enough.

Cons

"I do sometimes get irrelevant results. When I am looking for a product manager, I would sometimes get recommendations for data engineers, but it is more on the relevant side."
"The area of improvement for Dice Tech Recruiting is the AI part, as the AI is not accurate."
"I chose 9.5 out of 10 because the half point is just for the new interface, which is a little bit weird to use as it doesn't provide the best results."
"Regarding pricing, the cost is somewhat high compared to other job portals, but the interface, flexibility of use, and user interface are excellent."
"The accuracy of Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities is not 100%, and I would say it is 50/50, as there is a lot of work needed in the AI stack, so sometimes it finds not exactly appropriate candidates; for instance, when I am looking for an AI developer, it does not match my criteria and finds other candidates too."
"There are a few things I think should be improved in Dice Tech Recruiting, such as candidates not providing email addresses and contact numbers, leading to wasted time when we cannot reach them after screening their resumes."
"In my experience, Dice Tech Recruiting is not stable, mainly because of the AI feature, with which I used to face some problems."
"I would like to add that while I use mostly Boolean search on Dice Tech Recruiting, sometimes there are glitches resulting in irrelevant results being shown, which does not help in finding the right match."
"Upbound Crossplane was not stable in my experience."
"Upbound Crossplane can be improved if they can add more AI agentic workflows."
"The documentation needs to be updated regarding the needed improvements for Upbound Crossplane. There is very little documentation online, and there are no tutorials for Upbound Crossplane."
"One area where Upbound Crossplane can be improved is with API rate limiting."
"I found an issue with features that was difficult for me when we needed to retrieve some tags or IDs of a resource that we deployed using Upbound Crossplane, for example, the RDS."
"Regarding Upbound Crossplane's capabilities, I feel the governance and security is something which is lacking."
"Regarding Upbound Crossplane, I see room for enhancement in synchronizing the state file of Crossplane with Terraform, as 90% of organizations have generally implemented Terraform and have their own specific, environment-specific Terraform state files."
"However, one area of improvement is the learning curve, as Upbound Crossplane concepts such as providers, compositions, and claims can be difficult for beginners."
