AI assistance has transformed daily scripting, cut troubleshooting time, and improved team productivity
Devin can be improved since the results are not always perfect on the first attempt. For more complex tasks, it could add new Claude features such as Fable. The interface of Devin is good. Overall, it is a productive tool for IT professionals, and it does not replace technical knowledge; it just makes everyday troubleshooting and scripting much faster. I chose nine instead of ten because it needs to integrate and upgrade many things, such as adding Fable and reducing its frequent updates, because my company does not allow everyday updates. My company requires every update to go through enterprise governance.

Effective lifecycle management improves with strong version control and deep integration needs
There is room for improvement in implementing features fully. The user interface is inconsistent and outdated. It appears that different departments or locations have implemented features differently, leading to inconsistency. There is a significant need for improved integration, particularly using OSLC for connecting with other tools like SAP ERP or ALM tools. The version control, while consistent, lacks flexibility regarding changes in CAD data and requires manual intervention for BOM management analysis.
