Complex conditional quote summaries have been created and document workflows run smoothly
The best features in Conga Composer are how we navigate the merge fields and merge objects. We can retrieve data and display it on the templates, which is a strong aspect of Conga Composer and why we chose it to build documents. Dynamic data is a feature of Conga Composer that allows us to bring data from different objects and display it on the templates. This capability is particularly valuable. The main benefits I have seen from using Conga Composer are that while Salesforce provides features to build documents or cases that function as quote summaries, they have limitations. We cannot modify much or build complex templates using the standard features. After choosing Conga, we discovered that it already has many features that enable us to easily build complex templates. It works perfectly with our business use cases, which is why we selected it.

Digital workflows have transformed contract signing and save time with remote approvals
In my opinion, the best features PandaDoc offers include ease of template creation, integration with other tools such as HubSpot, a user-friendly interface, and customizable templates. The integration with HubSpot enhances the overall user experience for my team, especially for the less technical users. PandaDoc has positively impacted my organization by being really helpful, especially as a game-changer when dealing with documents with our remote clients. We are able to send them the documents, and they can sign using their phone, so they do not have to come all the way to our office to sign the documents. They save a lot of time and cost, achieving approximately 70 to 80 percent time saved and cost savings from traveling. I also value the ability to obtain signatures from our clients, making us more efficient and saving time and money. The pricing model of PandaDoc is far superior to that of other competitors, thus being very cost-effective and affordable. It definitely helps us provide a better customer experience to retain our customers as they know we are very professional.

"The main benefits I have seen from using Conga Composer are that while Salesforce provides features to build documents or cases that function as quote summaries, they have limitations, and after choosing Conga, we discovered that it already has many features that enable us to easily build complex templates and it works perfectly with our business use cases, which is why we selected it."

Cons

"I had only one minor issue, which was resolved quickly due to their prompt assistance."
"Conga Composer can be improved because it has a steep learning curve, especially for new users."
"The query builder could use some updates."
"When setting conditions, it doesn't work as expected, requiring us to rework the code."
"One downside of Conga Composer is that it requires integration with other tools for the signing process. Apart from that, I find nothing major to be improved."
"The debugging skills could be improved as we need to stay alert for issues."
"We have not been using Conga Composer extensively or deeply to look for improvements."
"For newcomers to the platform, the removal of certain suggestions in recent releases can be a pain area."
"I think PandaDoc could be improved in that sometimes after uploading a Word file, a notification is already sent out without me having the opportunity to insert an e-sign box, which is frustrating."
"PandaDoc can be improved at the interface level, as it needs some improvement because it is not user-friendly."
"From time to time, PandaDoc was very slow. I remember one or two days where it was very hard to use it, but that was rather the exception than the rule."
"One aspect I would improve about PandaDoc is that the templating feature could be more expandable, such as allowing the ability to draw images."
"Sometimes deleting blocks, stroke rules, and rows in a template is glitchy."
"I think PandaDoc could be improved, especially in terms of the UI, which could be improved somewhat."
"PandaDoc can be improved with up-to-date documentation that would be helpful, especially for new learners, along with better handling of license and license add-ons, and allowing coordination of fields across roles or user sections."
"PandaDoc can be improved by making formatting and adding graphics and visual elements much easier."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I think the tool costs around six dollars per user."
"Regarding pricing, I believe it’s around fifty dollars, but I’m not entirely sure. Overall, I find the pricing reasonable and am quite satisfied with the product. The value we get from it justifies the cost, as it requires minimal maintenance and is straightforward to use. The functionality it provides aligns well with the investment."
"It's not cheap, but it's not overly expensive either."
