Hardened, fast-launching base image that streamlined our Kubernetes node deployments
More published documentation around the exact CIS controls applied and how to layer additional Kubernetes-specific hardening, such as kubelet and CIS Kubernetes benchmark, on top would be helpful. A minimal or slim variant tuned specifically for container hosts and clearer release notes per version would also be welcome. Out-of-the-box monitoring and observability integration could be expanded.

Recruiting has become more efficient and consistently delivers strong candidates for every role
Improvements could be made for Dice Tech Recruiting, such as verifying the profiles uploaded by individuals outside the US who are pretending to be in the USA. This would help recruiters reach out to the right candidates, potentially by adding a feature for verification with an ID. I would like to add that while I use mostly Boolean search on Dice Tech Recruiting, sometimes there are glitches resulting in irrelevant results being shown, which does not help in finding the right match. I would suggest that Dice Tech Recruiting should only provide profiles that match our searches. I believe I have covered all the suggestions I could make for improvements needed in Dice Tech Recruiting, but I remain open to suggesting additional features in the future as different scenarios may appear.

Cons

"More published documentation around the exact CIS controls applied and how to layer additional Kubernetes-specific hardening on top would be helpful."
"The initial setup and configuration process can be complex for teams without prior Red Hat experience."
"Dice Tech Recruiting could be improved by enhancing the AI feature. The AI feature needs improvement because it is not accurate; sometimes it gives matching results, and sometimes it gives zero matching results."
"Concerning Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities, I believe its accuracy and reliability of output are not 100 percent reliable, but we can say it is approximately 50-50."
"The accuracy of Dice Tech Recruiting's AI capabilities is not 100%, and I would say it is 50/50, as there is a lot of work needed in the AI stack, so sometimes it finds not exactly appropriate candidates; for instance, when I am looking for an AI developer, it does not match my criteria and finds other candidates too."
"Dice Tech Recruiting's AI could be improved because it is not providing accurate results."
"I would like to request that if someone uploads their profile on Dice Tech Recruiting, at least an email ID should be required."
"The improvements needed for Dice Tech Recruiting include better search accuracy, fewer outdated profiles, strong AI-based candidate matching, improved ATS integration, and better filtration for verification skills and recent experience."
"There are a few things I think should be improved in Dice Tech Recruiting, such as candidates not providing email addresses and contact numbers, leading to wasted time when we cannot reach them after screening their resumes."
"My biggest frustration with Dice Tech Recruiting is that while searching with Boolean, I sometimes find irrelevant resumes, as not all skills I search for are highlighted in the profiles."
