Has allowed me to detect and analyze objects in images with minimal effort
From my type of project, Amazon Rekognition was not complicated to use. From my experience, it was a very good experience and easy to use. I was able to do the things that I wanted to do easily with just a little bit of debugging, but it was smooth. I would recommend staying focused on it because it's really interesting to see how it can detect objects on images or videos. The scalability is very good for me. It's easy to integrate with other AWS services and the range of capability is for object detection. It's a really good product to use.

Simple to set up and good training but needs better annotation capabilities
When you are annotating, you have to create a bounding box around the car to tell the model, "Okay, this is where the car is." You can use open source and third parties to work on this platform and they allow you to zoom in on the image, so you can properly mark the coordinate. However, Azure Custom Vision does not allow you to zoom in on the image. Also, once you upload an image, you do not have the provision to download it or to search the file by file name, all that facility is not available.
