Cost-effective serverless routing with room for extended timeout settings
We are using API Gateway to route the traffic to our Lambdas. Every API pass is linked to some of the Lambdas. When traffic hits CloudFront, it redirects it to API Gateway, which then redirects it to the respective Lambda server. We have different kinds of services invoked through these Lambdas…

Good capabilities, has a helpful interface and is straightforward to set up
We have asked for a couple of features from the company already. What typically happens is a lot of people - and developers are one of the biggest consumers of this product - go to this product to optimize their investigation process and specific configurations. That increases our data flow at times, so the cost changes. And a lot of changes happen due to that. We have asked the company to auto-revert the changes after a while so that the system works typically. We want it to work at what it is expected to work at and not really based on the updated configuration which one developer has decided to change.

Cons

"A lower price would definitely be an improvement."
"An interface more friendly for new users would be helpful."
"The user interface, in general, can be better. The user interface for the entire Amazon cloud can be more friendly. There are some scenarios that are not really easy to manage and configure through the user interface."
"There are features lacking in API Gateway, such as the timeout settings, which currently are set at 29 seconds."
"We would like to see more UI-based monitoring."
"Currently, I'm not facing any issues with Amazon API Gateway, which satisfies my requirements. I'm pretty happy with what Amazon API Gateway offers, but as its pricing is on the higher side, that's one area for improvement in the solution. What I'd like to see in the next release of Amazon API Gateway is an improvement in the status checks you get from the monitoring feature of the solution. Currently, you get the number of requests received, the number of reports, etc., but if there are more details than what's given by Amazon API Gateway, that will improve the solution."
"The product's high price is an area of concern where improvements are required."
"Amazon API Gateway can improve the user interface in some areas it could be more polished."
"We want it to work at what it is expected to work at and not really based on the updated configuration which one developer has decided to change."
"It would be helpful if Coralogix could integrate the main modules that any organization requires into a single subscription."
"Coralogix should have some AI capabilities to auto-detect anomalies and provide suggestions."
"The user interface could be more intuitive and explanatory."
"Coralogix should have some AI capabilities to auto-detect anomalies and provide suggestions. The increasing volume of data and the resulting bandwidth charges are concerns."
"From my experience, Coralogix has horrible Terraform providers."
"The user interface is not intuitive, especially when first onboarding, and improvements could be made here."
"The documentation of the tool could be improved"

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It is somewhat costly, particularly when it introduces server-related features, which are often scheduled on our end."
"This is a pay-per-use service, where you only pay for what you use."
"There are no licensing fees."
"The solution is expensive. Though the product was previously available at a cheap rate, nowadays it is expensive."
"The product is a little expensive."
"I am satisfied with the price."
"The solution's price is reasonable."
"AWS charges for data ingress and egress, which could be further reduced. This would be helpful for customers dealing with large amounts of data coming in or going out from their systems."
"We are paying roughly $5,000 a month."
"The platform has a reasonable cost. I rate the pricing a three out of ten."
"The cost of the solution is per volume of data ingested."
"Currently, we are at a very minimal cost, which is around $400 per month since we have reduced our usage. Initially, we were at $900 per month."
