Strong technical support and effective toolset improve workflow but setup process requires refinement

I have experience with Nintex and K2, but I do not have experience with Unqork. I am specialized in Microsoft products such as Power Automate and Power Apps. I have knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Defender, along with certain Azure components. I work for an organization as a presales architect, proposing solutions to customers. I am familiar with Microsoft Defender for Identity, for Business, and for IoT, though I haven't worked extensively on that. I have a conceptually good understanding of it. I'm mostly working on Microsoft collaboration tools, which include SharePoint and Power Platform tools. I have been dealing mostly with Microsoft, but also with other vendors. Regarding database services, we typically use SQL server services. We have not used Amazon RDS; typically, we use PostgreSQL or MySQL. On the Azure side, I work with Azure Database services including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Cosmos. I was previously working as an architect for U3Soft and am currently working with Birlasoft (B I R L A S O F T). My overall rating for Amazon API Gateway is 8 out of 10.

We get stability, scalability, and security

Axway provides good documentation that newcomers can easily follow, but I believe the initial setup would be tough for someone new. Experienced employees know where everything is and how to do their job, so it would be difficult for a new hire to get up to speed. For an experienced person, I give the initial setup a ten out of ten. Deployment can be considered a hundred lines of code and some a thousand lines. For a simple deployment, it takes 10-15 seconds. And if the environment connectivity is good enough to respond and there is some heavy code that is being deployed, it takes around 30-60 seconds max, if we are referring to the cloud, where the connectivity for the long duration of the calls is there. The total deployment time is one minute to finish up. From the industrial point of view, Europe has a major chunk of users followed by, the US, and then Australia or the Asia-Pacific region.

"Currently, I'm not facing any issues with Amazon API Gateway, which satisfies my requirements. I'm pretty happy with what Amazon API Gateway offers, but as its pricing is on the higher side, that's one area for improvement in the solution. What I'd like to see in the next release of Amazon API Gateway is an improvement in the status checks you get from the monitoring feature of the solution. Currently, you get the number of requests received, the number of reports, etc., but if there are more details than what's given by Amazon API Gateway, that will improve the solution."
