Intelligent profiling is again an amazing feature, as when you update your job title, job description, skills, and interests the platform supplies you with recommendations to connect with similar profiles and also provides you information as per defined interests.

Droplet is an amazing feature! I use it most often to write meeting minutes to post to attendees, and tag people whom I want to take action. Also, I use it to iDate a session if I am not around to meet my team. When I was travelling to Spain, an hour before my flight took off, my team notified me on Hallwaze of an urgent requirement to respond to a media query. I quickly created a Droplet, gave my inputs, and tagged three other people to ask them to provide input as well. We were able to collate a lot of relevant pointers on the topic instantly and I saw the email going out to the PR agency before my flight took off. Because of this, I felt very relaxed on the flight.
Through Hallwaze, we were able to identify hidden talent. We were able to find talented employees whose talents were not visible to the enterprise, or top-level management.
Motivation has touched the skies in my enterprise. All our recognition happens on the social platform, where people from all departments, and locations, are able to add their stake in increasing their motivation.
The organisations culture is now more transparent, and people are aware who they work for, and where, and how, their contribution counts. Through this platform employees are updated on their clients, technology and interests.
Improvement is needed to the mobile apps, both for Windows-based phones, and Blackberry’s. Despite the number of mobile users being less, and a web app taking care of most users, having a mobile app too would add a little to the product.

A considerable amount of time was wasted in meetings before Hallwaze. Now it’s easy to keep everyone in the loop of a conversation, explain a thought process using a Hallwaze scratch pad, and stay updated on all action items.
We used Jive which was more than triple the cost.
