What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
It is not scalable, and you need to install it on each machine, each with its premise. You need multiple machines to complete the installation. It takes a couple of days to get the license. It is a one-click installation directly deployed on the machines in-house.
How are customer service and support?
We have used technical support many times while we were integrating our software.
How was the initial setup?
The setup is okay, and there were no issues.
