SIEM Project at large Telecom provider in Belgium
We had long discussions with the project management and Techncal leads to come to a final solution which was based on HP ArcSight, using HP ESP Professional Services for the design, architacture and implementation and the HP server team.
I've sold this project valued at > 3m$ with the help of the HP Account Executive .
We used people from HonKong, Palo Alto, Bracknell and Brussels to complete the design and architecture. People from India, Belgium and UK were used for the implementation. Final signe-off was achieved after 16 months. This was ahead of the sceduled 18 months
I would have more people present in Belgium, so we don't loose this much time traveling and save on costs?
