Mimecast Advanced Email Security serves as my primary tool for managing emails since we use it as our email gateway. We manage various emails coming into our organization and filter which ones are genuine and which are non-genuine. It is a useful tool that helps us filter every non-synchronized email that comes into our organization. When we face phishing email campaigns with various usernames incorporating our organization members, we filter out every username that is identified as a phishing email campaign and submit it to Mimecast Advanced Email Security, which immediately blocks it based on the suspicions we provide. This has significantly reduced our workload and helped us manage many phishing email campaigns we receive in our organization. Mimecast Advanced Email Security produces a lot of information about the email, including where the email comes from, its source, and what it contains. It provides various details that I did not expect Mimecast Advanced Email Security could offer, which are extremely helpful to investigate and reach the best conclusion about whether emails are suspicious or genuine. Mimecast Advanced Email Security has helped me tremendously through these two years.

My main use case for Mimecast Advanced Email Security is to protect the email environment for Cimpress and filter out spam, phishing, or unwanted emails. In a specific example of how Mimecast Advanced Email Security helped with spam or phishing in my organization, when someone tried to spam our organization with emails, we usually block the emails through Mimecast by creating a certain policy where if certain criteria do not match, we do not deliver the email to the user. Regarding my main use case, we usually record the email based on email domain security, such as if SPF and DKIM and DMARC are not validated, then we do not deliver the email to the user in Cimpress from the vendor or sender.
