Webroot is a cloud-based endpoint protection application. The agent is under 1MB, and you do not notice it running, even when it is scanning.

What needs improvement?

There is not much to improve on.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using this solution for over two years now. We have not had a single infection reported during this time.

What was my experience with deployment of the solution?

No issues, other than you are not sure if the agent is installed because it was faster than the human eye.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Very stable. Works on both servers and workstations.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Scaled out fine.

Customer Service:

Customer service is good, if you ever have to call.

Technical Support:

Tech support is very knowledgeable.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

GFI VIPRE. Too slow and a resource hog.

How was the initial setup?

Very simple to set up. Web-based portal, where you can see all your agents.

What about the implementation team?

In-house team.
