Reasonable price, stable and scalable, and allows us to share passwords with other people and have the 2FA or MFA codes embedded in the application
    Pros and Cons
    • "I like a couple of things about this solution. Being able to share passwords with other people is valuable. You can see if the information is out on the dark web and whether you have weak passwords and the last time they were changed. You could also have the 2FA or MFA codes embedded in the application so that you don't have to use your phone or any other 2FA device, which is something very important."
    • "Room for improvement in my eyes would be being able to share my credit cards and other types of information. The only thing they really share is passwords, and you can only do it with one password at a time. When you're trying to share it out or trying to remove it from being shared, you can't do multiple selections."

How has it helped my organization?

It has improved the way our organization functions.

655,711 professionals have used our research since 2012.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It is stable. There are no issues.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is scalable. You can easily grow it from a small organization to an enterprise.

We've only four users who are using it, but that's because of our limitations, not theirs.

How are customer service and support?

I've used their tech support quite a bit because I am always coming across areas for enhancements and improvements. There is no perfect software out there, and they've been responsive. The only thing that has affected them, like everyone else, is COVID, but they're back, and they're very responsive. I would rate them a nine out of ten.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We switched because this is a better product, and it is for computer consultants.

    How was the initial setup?

    It is straightforward.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

    Its price is reasonable.

What other advice do I have?

I would advise others to make sure that they can recover from locked out accounts because it is very secure, and they don't keep any key codes.

I would rate Keeper an eight out of ten just because you can't share all the information.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

    Public Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

    Pros and Cons
    • "Keeper was user-friendly."

      What is most valuable?

Keeper was user-friendly. It was implemented within the whole "fingerprinting thing" in Apple — you could use Keeper the same way as you use Keychain.

The user interface was also nice. You could have multiple or different zones. You could have your vault, so to speak, for your work-related applications, and you could also have private vaults, as well. If I can recall correctly, you could place notes and other documents in this vault to be saved — I liked that.

      What needs improvement?

I think Keeper is a good product; we also sold it to our customers; however, there were some political issues between account managers over there.

For how long have I used the solution?

I used Keeper for a couple of months. I am not using Keeper now because I work for another company. Due to Corona, I thought it would be best to swap over to a very steady company.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Both the stability and the scalability of Keeper are great.

How are customer service and technical support?

The technical support is good. The people we dealt with were very responsive; however, they were also in the carousel of political issues. They would have liked to do more but they were restrained due to internal politics.

      How was the initial setup?

The initial setup of Keeper was easy.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

We chose their optional annual subscription; I believe we paid monthly — I thought it was a good deal.

What other advice do I have?

I would definitely recommend using Keeper. On a scale from one to ten, I would give Keeper a rating of eight.
