We performed a comparison between UiPath and UiPath Process Mining based on real PeerSpot user reviews.
Find out what your peers are saying about UiPath, Microsoft, Automation Anywhere and others in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)."The ability to use APIs within UiPath is really helpful. The web scraping is really great. It's so easy to use, it's very intuitive, and it's usually pretty consistent. When web pages change you need to update it, but it makes it quick. If you need to do another quick process, it's really easy to get it quickly and set something up. I can just scrape data from a website and save it somewhere."
"The ability to deploy UiPath from a mobile device is the most valuable feature."
"It is easy to implement and use to provide training to people."
"Attended and unattended automation, which support web and email automation, are the most valuable features for us."
"The goal of the project was to get 75% of our invoices done with no human intervention. We actually hit 90%."
"It's made it easier to do development and create accurate products for the customers."
"The most valuable feature of Orchestrator is that it gives you the ability to control everything from a centralized location."
"UiPath has improved our organization; the primary difference introduced by the application of the UiPath tool is the speed of processing and accuracy in the data processing."
"Their support is really good, and it is a stable product."
"The reporting features of ProcessGold are the most valuable. It creates things in a manner by which they can be easily represented to the business. Business can easily understand what actually happened in the process."
"There are other automation tools on the market but Uipath is the leader with many capabilities."
"The most valuable features of UiPath Process Mining are the ease of use, it's provided us with good indicators of which processes can be automated. There are lots of non-value-add activities which are being done that have helped us identify. If we apply lead principles we are receiving a lot of benefits without automating. You are actually getting a lot of benefits even without automating."
"What I like about this solution is the way it identifies the process and the transformation from data to some analysis between appliances."
"When it comes to valuable features, I think the first one will be the way we can visualize the whole process."
"Great user interface."
"The most valuable feature of UiPath Process Mining is the process graph, which gives you a depiction of the process and lets you know where the issues and delays are occurring."
"Capturing ROI needs improvement. I would also like for it to have more logging mechanisms in Orchestrator."
"They could make it more user-friendly."
"Some of our employees also use MacBook devices for their daily work, mostly for high-graphic projects. UiPath doesn't have a complex set of features for OS X systems. If they could add more complex features for MacBooks, that would be good."
"One area that could be improved is how we access the UiPath Academy courses."
"There is a big room for improvement when it comes to mobile automation. The Find Element activity is not present in mobile automation. There are activities to extract data, but we don't have data scraping in mobile automation. These activities are available for UI automation of web applications, but they are not available for mobile automation, which is a drawback when working on mobile automation with UiPath."
"I would like to see the OCR, machine learning, and cognitive package that is being discussed in the next release."
"It can be improved in terms of platform integration. It is platform-independent, but it should be easy to integrate with different platforms, such as Windows, Linux, Cloud, etc. If I am using AWS for my server response, I should be able to integrate that into UiPath."
"Improvement should definitely be made in the area of screen capture, where Adobe Flash is still being used."
"UiPath Process Mining has a cloud-based version and doesn't have a desktop version like Celonis."
"The initial setup can sometimes be a little complicated."
"I think they need to look at pricing. Now in the market, there are other process mining applications that are far cheaper."
"I would like to see better integration with the Azure and AWS machine learning platforms."
"What needs improvement in UiPath Process Mining is manual delay support. For example, I have a pending workflow, and I've not taken action in the last five or ten days, and because of this, the whole process gets delayed, but UiPath Process Mining doesn't provide any manual delay insights. It gives about seventy to seventy-five percent detail on end-to-end process delays, the scope of automation, or the gap, but not about the manual delay, so what would make the solution better is if it communicates manual delay information. Every business process relies on human activity, with either approval or review, so UiPath Process Mining should capture that area and provide a workflow or diagram that shows more details, such as the impact of the delay, the workflow time without the human delay, etc. That could be too difficult, but it's what I'm expecting as a customer. More automation in UiPath Process Mining would be great."
"We encountered difficulties when trying to integrate UiPath Process Mining with SAP."
"It would be nice if UiPath's Document Understanding feature supported more languages. I don't think it supports Chinese or Japanese. We have been working in the Asia-Pacific region for a long time, and this prevents us from recommending the solution to some customers."
"UiPath could improve on how it works with the project management process and flow."
