Features build trust despite occasional server challenges
I tried using the cloud version of Software AG ARIS Process Mining multiple times, and when I connect to the client server and log in to their Software AG ARIS Process Mining, it becomes too slow. I'm not sure if it's a server issue or a Software AG ARIS Process Mining issue. The cloud version becomes quite slow when connecting through tools such as Citrix, which is not the case with IBM. Sometimes I feel there are one or two features that IBM lacks or Signavio lacks, or other tools lack, but clients say that Software AG ARIS Process Mining has everything.
