Streamlined data products have empowered non‑technical teams and still require more automation
The best feature Satori offers is its simplicity for non-business and non-technical persons because all you have to do is provide inputs—the tables that you want to use as source—and then the framework does all the work. You just define the tables and what tables need to be joined. This simplicity helps my team in day-to-day work because non-technical people and product owners can actually develop data products with this streamlined pipeline without having to know how to code and without having to maintain a code base. We just maintain and enhance while they build what they want. Satori also has data quality checks that are defined by the data quality team, so we know if the data are corrupted. That is another main feature. Satori has positively impacted my organization because it's a product that has been sold to many clients and has also been used internally for some use cases that the company needed. It's one of the most successful products of the company.

I have experience working with SentinelOne XDR, EDR, and XDR. Trellix DLP also offers EDR, XDR, and DLP solutions. The platform can be on the cloud, but the end users typically have their own devices installed with DLP on-premises. On a scale from one to ten, I rate Trellix DLP a seven.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Satori has positively impacted my organization by providing a solution that helps in the development of AI intelligence while protecting AI with less effort than other solutions."
"Satori leads to more sales and has doubled our sales."
"The solution involves implementing the confidentiality, utility, and availability principles."
"Trellix DLP has really strengthened our security posture, we have seen a sharp decrease in data leaks and it has made compliance audits much smoother, plus, it has boosted trust with both our customers and our partners, which has been invaluable."
"Trellix's technical support deserves a perfect rating, and I would rate it ten out of ten compared to other solutions."
"It is a very stable solution."
"The most effective aspect of Trellix DLP is that it does what it's supposed to do. It is fairly simple to use compared to Proofpoint."
"It prevents enterprises from installing external software and devices and can block specific network pathways."
"I rate the product an eight out of ten."
"The support from both the vendor and Trellix is excellent."

Cons

"Satori can be improved by integrating CI/CD because currently we are doing it manually, which is something we need to fix."
"Everything could potentially be improved."
"Having someone within a region who understands the countries and how they approach data and information security is sometimes where the problem lies."
"The main challenge we face is with our on-premises Trellix DLP implementation. While we can push the agent, we cannot apply the policy on Azure systems."
"The bugs need improvement."
"I would rate the solution seven out of ten based on my last experience within the last six months. It's a bit of a fallback, and I know they are working on improving scalability."
"Coverage for Mac OS is lacking as features like clipboard and print protection don't function as expected. The agents often affect endpoint performance negatively and do not behave consistently across all machines."
"The support team's response time during the night is an area of concern where improvements are required."
"When cases are raised, partners perform initial L1 or L2 troubleshooting. However, ticket resolution times are often too long, with new engineers sometimes requesting the same logs repeatedly."
"If I compare Trellix DLP with other solutions such as Forcepoint, Trellix DLP isn't up to the mark."
