Unified communication has transformed our collaboration and consistently boosts project delivery
The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include screen sharing, clear video and audio, online meetings, large-scale events, call management, mobile apps, unified communication platform, and collaboration. The feature I find myself using the most is an AI-powered collaboration platform that is used to streamline communication, increase employee engagement, optimize in-person time, and improve productivity. The screen sharing is very effective and a helpful tool where we are able to screen share with our colleagues and discuss different tasks and project management ideas. Collaboration has become very efficient, and remote working has also become efficient and prevalent in my organization. We have been able to save a lot of time using Zoom Workplace Business. It has been a game-changer. Zoom Workplace Business elevates the experience with Zoom AI Companion included at no additional cost. It is designed to help employees be more productive, collaborate better, enhance their skills, and unlock time savings.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Within the first 6 months of using ReadyTalk, I have saved over $100K in comparison to using other technologies."
"Chairperson controls are pretty user-friendly."
"Our webinar program was floundering, but after I started working with ReadyTalk, we have been able to increase the number of webinars, these webinars have successively attracted higher quality presenters and have become a real marketing tool for our association."
"Customer Service: Excellent. Technical Support: Also excellent."
"Customer Service: World-Class! Technical Support: World-Class!"
"I utilize ReadyTalk to train roughly 300 people monthly, my colleagues use it to host staff meetings, to supplement coursework from our online university, and to deliver organizational content to our constituent base."
"We have recovered the 6 to 8 (agonizing) hours a month we used to spend with another platform's tech support."
"Their support is great! I have used them a few times and they really get the root of your problems and correct them fast."
"I find Zoom's sharing features, particularly presenting slides, quite useful. While I'm uncertain if it outperforms Teams in this aspect, I appreciate its functionality. Its breakout room feature is good."
"Zoom is interoperable and user-friendly."
"The video stream is very cool, and it's an efficient solution."
"The most valuable feature is video conferencing."
"One of the biggest features of Zoom is its stability."
"The product is scalable."
"The solution is very user friendly and flexible."
"This is the easiest product to use for videoconferencing."

Cons

"We'd like the joining process for presenters to be more seamless (and they are working on that)."
"You have to download a spreadsheet three times post-meeting if you want surveys, registration, attendance. Kind of tedious."
"A few minor issues along the way."
"One great feature they can add is the ability to use animations within your slides."
"You have to schedule operator-assisted audio events 24 hours in advance, if the turn around time could be quicker - it would help with last minute events."
"Compared to other webinar platforms, ReadyTalk's pricing is a bit high."
"I would love to see a lobby that attendees can wait in prior to starting the conference."
"Add animation capabilities!"
"The performance could be better."
"I would like the price to be a bit lower."
"There were some security issues early on, however, they have fixed the problem, and now it is fine."
"Zoom does seem to use a fair amount of resources on your system. If you have other apps open, the audio can get really choppy sometimes if you try to do something else, like send an email."
"Zoom could be improved as the connectivity can be a little tricky sometimes, and it's not clear when people need to be let in or not."
"It would be helpful if Zoom could integrate with our medical systems."
"The solution needs to have a feature that allows you to take over another person's screen. right now, that's not possible. This is important for our purposes due to the act that we are often using the solution to troubleshoot issues for our clients. If we could just take over their screen and go in and fix issues, it would make troubleshooting infinitely easier."
"It did not make a difference one way or the other. Users cared more about audio than they did the video connection."
