Unified communication has transformed our collaboration and consistently boosts project delivery
The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include screen sharing, clear video and audio, online meetings, large-scale events, call management, mobile apps, unified communication platform, and collaboration. The feature I find myself using the most is an AI-powered collaboration platform that is used to streamline communication, increase employee engagement, optimize in-person time, and improve productivity. The screen sharing is very effective and a helpful tool where we are able to screen share with our colleagues and discuss different tasks and project management ideas. Collaboration has become very efficient, and remote working has also become efficient and prevalent in my organization. We have been able to save a lot of time using Zoom Workplace Business. It has been a game-changer. Zoom Workplace Business elevates the experience with Zoom AI Companion included at no additional cost. It is designed to help employees be more productive, collaborate better, enhance their skills, and unlock time savings.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"We have recovered the 6 to 8 (agonizing) hours a month we used to spend with another platform's tech support."
"We host 4 webinars a month using Share tools and have reached on some occasions more than 500 participants just by one invitation being shared through social media."
"Customer Service: World-Class! Technical Support: World-Class!"
"Customer Service: Excellent. Technical Support: Also excellent."
"Using ReadyTalk has strengthened our webinar program at AMA."
"Our webinar program was floundering, but after I started working with ReadyTalk, we have been able to increase the number of webinars, these webinars have successively attracted higher quality presenters and have become a real marketing tool for our association."
"They have a great deployment team."
"Customer Service is the best."
"Zoom is easy to use and does not consume very much in terms of resources."
"I like Zoom because of the quality of the image and the resolution, and the image and sound quality are excellent."
"Zoom is easy to use and you can have a session with someone with a few mouse clicks. It is easier to use than Microsoft Teams."
"The most valuable feature of Zoom is having the ability to be able to share your screen and chat whilst you're online."
"Zoom is enormously easier to use than Webex."
"Zoom's interface is nice and has good performance."
"The feature I find the most about Zoom is that you can have a private chat in a group call."
"Overall Zoom functions well."

Cons

"I wish there wasn't the "arbitrary" 150 people cutoff."
"Add animation capabilities!"
"Supporting PPT animations and direct upload of recordings to YouTube would be great."
"You have to download a spreadsheet three times post-meeting if you want surveys, registration, attendance. Kind of tedious."
"Prices can always be dropped but overall these rates are competitive with other teleconferencing systems."
"We'd like the joining process for presenters to be more seamless (and they are working on that)."
"One great feature they can add is the ability to use animations within your slides."
"Compared to other webinar platforms, ReadyTalk's pricing is a bit high."
"I have had small issues with the virtual backgrounds. I would like to see improvements with this feature."
"I'd like for there to be more integrations possible in the future."
"I have read some news about Zoom being a little bit insecure, but we have never had any issue with it."
"I have had the occasional problem with the connection and stability."
"They need to improve the background feature, to be able to set a background without interfering with the current background."
"The voice quality could improve, and there are issues with the background."
"I would like to see something like a virtual board or conference room where participants are seated around a virtual table, and pictures of them sitting on the chair or an avatar that the user can choose and control within that virtual world."
"One thing that Zoom can improve is the chat. You can send messages to a specific person without messaging everyone. But everyone sees the whole chat if the administrator lets them see the chat. Maybe they could add an option to let you open a private conversation on the side with a person."
