Helps to organize projects across multiple teams and automates manual tasks
Integration with other tools can sometimes be a hiccup, but this isn't necessarily a limitation of Planview AdaptiveWork. It's more often a result of company policies regarding integration with other systems and tools. From what I've gathered from discussions on various platforms, it appears that AdaptiveWork does integrate well with other tools. However, our experience is limited due to company policy restrictions. Some teams use it in agile settings. We follow the waterfall approach. I would recommend it, but users should ensure they strategically build out their workflows and logic. I rate the overall product an eight out of ten.

Keeps requests better organized
The best feature Trello offers is that it keeps things better organized, so it makes things easier to collaborate with people. I can say that I really enjoyed using Trello for a lot of things, and it has some really good features, such as helping people write out descriptions and the comment section being absolutely one of the best parts of it.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Clarizen Slide Publisher has helped increase transparency and communication with project stakeholders for us."
"I like the project management solution. It's really nice."
"Clarizen's strength is reporting. Aside from reporting, I also like the ability to create customized workflow and custom actions. The workflow rules are handy. For example, you can create custom fields and dependent picklists."
"The feature that has improved our project planning the most is the ability to create custom workflows, which allows us to automate manual tasks that project managers need to perform. The collaboration feature enhances our team's productivity by allowing individuals to see the impact of their decisions on projects owned and managed by other teams."
"The solution is very user-friendly, where you have everything you need."
"Trello has impacted my organization positively by keeping everything very organized and allowing people to keep track of their tasks."
"There is a huge community to help us with the issues we face while using the product."
"All the features are valuable but the data extraction is extremely helpful for automation."
"It has a very modern-looking interface."
"It is easy for users to start working with Trello because it has a user-friendly interface."
"You receive notifications if mentioned on a card."
"The usability of this solution is its most valuable feature. It offers a great flow of creating a business rule that allows you to just add identifiers and qualifiers."

Cons

"I felt like the slide publisher isn't that user-friendly. I think it wasn't that easy to use or to figure out because of formatting constraints, or maybe we need to get better at understanding some of its limitations."
"If I start customizing too many things, Clarizen tends to get really slow in our environment and especially if I'm tunneled in an environment, like if I'm connected to my VPN."
"It could be more user-friendly. I think it is too overwhelming, initially, in terms of possibilities and so on."
"One specific area for improvement could be implementing a development environment to test workflows with live production data."
"Trello does not provide you with as many functionalities as Jira and various third-party integrations provided by these different platforms."
"We cannot link tasks that are dependent on each other."
"The tool should be able to predict the task completion dates based on the date assigned and sprint dates. It is also not commercial compared to competitors."
"Trello could add an analytic tool that allows me to see the performance of each team member, answering questions like whether they meet the deadline or miss the deadline."
"It could have a bit more customization, especially for organizations that may want to integrate it into their own systems."
"It would be great if there was a tour for new users to explain how this solution works. Using this solution for the first time can feel complicated."
"It's really simple, which is a good thing, but it only does one thing for us."
"The product is not easy to use."

"Maybe it would be better if they offered some extra tiers, so you don't have to go all the way up to the pro level."
"The solution pricing is okay. The pricing is subscription-based and depends on the features that you need. If you need more features then you will need to pay more. You can use the basic features to lead your project management."

"It is free."
"We are currently using the open-source option."
"Trello has a really good price."
