Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The solution is reliable.""The valuable feature is job scheduling. It manages the database's scheduling, history, and growth, helping monitor CPU and space usage across the entire data center. It provides a comprehensive view of operations.""The solution helps database tuning through query ID and SQL ID; we can fine-tune skill parameters and gather information to enhance operational analysis and performance.""If you're using Oracle products, you should definitely use Oracle Enterprise Manager because it is central to product management.""The capability to manage incidents, monitor agent statuses, and address performance issues is highly valuable.""The solution is stable. It is great in terms of Oracle products, especially for Oracle databases.""The tool's most valuable feature is notifications. It is also flexible in defining metrics where you can specify any metric type. Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control helps monitor the resources you manage so that you do not overpay.""The tool is mainly for monitoring databases, especially focusing on performance. It supports various databases, including Oracle, allowing daily activity monitoring. The solution enables displaying performance metrics, providing continuous tracking. It also offers management capabilities for connected databases, featuring graphical performance graphs. Users can perform tasks like killing sessions and controlling database elements. Additionally, it allows viewing tables, SAN disks, and other database components."

Cons
"Adding new databases is difficult in Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control.""The initial setup depends on your experience. For example, for people who are doing it for the first time, it's probably difficult.""Because all our banking infrastructure is based on Oracle, I’ve tried to register Enterprise Manager on the middleware level, let's say, WebLogic applications. But I cannot say that I can do all the administration from Enterprise Manager, that I can do from the WebLogic Admin Console. So, I think here it needs some improvement: Things that you can do on the WebLogic Admin Console, you should be able to do them on the Enterprise Manager, so you don’t have to log into the Admin Console.""The installation steps are very complex and the documentation for them is very generic and does not make very clear the correct steps from the installation to the addition of the host and database.""While entering the database, there is some delay in viewing the data on the page called SQL monitoring, which reviews live statistics about the current and live queries on the database.""One area where Oracle EMCC could improve is file import flexibility.""Because this solution provides insight into all of the areas within the IT stack, it would benefit from enhancements in security.""The product lacks in the area of database, making it an area where improvements are required."

"It is difficult to create a complete dashboard that includes all the needed features or catalogs.""The solution's provisioning engine needs to be improved.""The solution is still quite immature.""The complexity of the solution is a bit high in comparison to VMware.""Red Hat CloudForms could improve by allowing more customization of reports. We have to do a lot of coding to accomplish what we want. Additionally, the compatibility with the multi-cloud could improve. The latter versions of the solution removed Google support and the cost comparison between other clouds was high.""Our clients had challenges or issues with the updates. Its updates should be better managed. They should provide quicker and more stable updates. Its stability can also be better. We initially faced ease-of-use and compatibility issues while integrating it. We had a lot of compatibility issues with other products. Our clients are concerned about whether it is under IBM or it is still Red Hat. Clients are not very clear about the support, and they're not really happy with it. Currently, they're getting support from Red Hat, but going forward, they're not really clear about what would be the life cycle of the product, which is a concern for them.""All of the areas of Red Hat CloudForms could improve. It doesn't do half of the things that it says it can do out of the box. It takes configuration to make any of it work, which is not uncommon for solutions similar to this. However, it is frustrating.""Because the solution needs to integrate with other products that surround it, there is a lot of configuration required, and this can be quite complex. It's not as easy as it is with, for example, VMware."
