Support for human tasks despite challenges with protocols and adapters
It depends on your needs. Oracle BPEL is suitable for enterprise-wide systems. However, if you're building something smaller or don't know precisely what you need, it's better to start with something smaller. Oracle is a comprehensive bundle, and buying it exclusively for Oracle BPEL doesn't make sense. I'd rate the solution six out of ten.

Streamlined workflows have automated tasks and supported real-time collaboration on projects
I consider Pipefy's mobile app to be one of the best features because it helps me use it on the go, and I do not have to miss any notifications. I also love the real-time communication between team members, which makes collaboration much easier than using traditional design documents. It has a very intuitive and user-friendly interface where it was easy to get started and use complex features without feeling overwhelmed. The real-time communication and mobile app features are valuable for my work because with Pipefy's mobile app, I can use it on the go, so I do not have to miss anything.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The solution is very seamless and fast."
"The most valuable feature is the support for human tasks."
"What I find the most valuable about Oracle BPEL is that it saves me time."
"The product has everything we need."
"Since using Pipefy, I estimate that we have saved 50% in time and costs."
"Overall, Pipefy helped create more predictable, organized, and scalable operational processes."
"In terms of money and time saved, Pipefy is a great time saver overall, reflecting in analysts handling additional projects beyond ticket management."
"Pipefy has impacted my organization positively as we have not reduced our headcount, but we could if we wanted to because the number of people managing those processes before Pipefy was a lot."
"Pipefy is extremely customizable to any process with some incredible automations that helped to reduce our workload."
"Pipefy has had a positive impact on my organization by helping the collections team convert invoices that were overdue into paid invoices and, consequently, cash for the company."

Cons

"In the next release, I would like to see REST improved and new technologies for microservices. I'd like to see more containers for separating containers."
"The solution's integration with SAP should be seamless because some formats are not accepted in SAP but are accepted in Oracle BPEL."
"Some user-defined functions for transformation must be added to the next release of the solution."
"They need to have support for new protocols like GraphQL and possibly some out-of-the-box adapters for SAP and other big systems."
"Pipefy can be improved with processes not only following Kanban styles but other kinds of processes that have more paths, not just a single, direct path, but they have bifurcations."
"Although Pipefy is a great platform, I find that there are certain areas where it could be improved, especially the registration process, which leaves a lot to be desired as its complexity makes the entire sign-up process time-consuming and cumbersome."
"Overall, I had a positive experience with Pipefy, but I think there are still some areas that could be improved."
"Everything is great, but I find that sometimes the server seems very slow on busy days."
"What is lacking is direct support, since I am required to go through a third-party outsourcing company to connect with Pipefy."
"I believe Pipefy can be improved by clarifying the API calls and making packages for API calls more accessible, because in my organization we have a lot of automation, but we have few API calls, precisely because we have a fixed plan and the organization, in fact, does not need that."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The product is moderately priced."
"The solution's pricing is moderate and not expensive."
